Excellent hotel, superb service, and the amenities were Baden-Baden amazing! 😄

I highly recommend it in particular if you have an early morning flight ( it’s not particularly close to the major tourist area but five minute drive to airport yet no noise from planes).
Beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated.
Lovely quiet green space behind the hotel.
It was the perfect end to our vacation in Central Asia.

It is very close to the airport and the railway station, a five-minute drive. It is very far from the city center, and the surrounding area is like a rural-urban junction, with no supporting facilities. The hotel is newly renovated and the room is quite large, but the family suite with a terrace bought on Ctrip is not the price on Ctrip at all! I paid for an 80-square-meter family suite with a terrace, but the hotel said it was not available and could only give me a 40-square-meter ordinary suite without a terrace. I complained to the hotel, and the hotel said that they received an order from a Russian dealer, and that they could only stay in an ordinary suite at this price. If you want to stay in an 80-square-meter suite with a terrace, you have to pay more than 20 US dollars per day! The hotel said it could not help and you had to contact the booking platform yourself. One day, there was a power outage from the afternoon until three in the morning. The room without air conditioning was 35 degrees at midnight! There are few breakfast options in the hotel. Excellent. Hotel is new, ca. 7 month as I understood. Ideal for a stay in Taschkent. Well organized friedly staff. Everything worked perfectly. Very quiet and clean. Elegant design. Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy, very close to the airport, only 8 or 9 RMB by taxi. Since the flight was very early in the morning, I asked the front desk to prepare a breakfast bag for me, and they were very friendly and prepared it. Anyway, everything went smoothly!

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, we spent just one night here, just before the flight. But the hotel itself, the staff, the room and all the extra amenities which they offer are absolutely amazing. There is a pool and a spa which you can use and also a bar open 24/7. The garden inside is really beuatiful and you can relax there after a exhausting day. The room was spacious, clean, amazingly decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. This would definitely be my choice again when I return to Tashkent.
