Moffah Grand Hotel in Tashkent

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was quiet with an outdoor balcony. The airport transfer service was very thoughtful, and car rentals were convenient. The restaurant was clean with a good variety of dishes. All the staff were very polite, and most could communicate in Chinese. Five-star rating, I'll definitely book here again next time! A 16-minute taxi ride from the train station, costing 32,000 UZS, drops you off right in front of the hotel (pictured in photo 2). Walk a little further in, and you'll see the hotel's exterior (pictured in photo 3).

The entire building is clean and brightly lit, with an outdoor lounge area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering two bottles of mineral water and breakfast.

The highlight of this hotel is the thoughtful and handsome owner. He makes check-in a breeze for Chinese guests, provides useful information like where to buy SIM cards, and even helped us with an urgent currency exchange. It was incredibly convenient and well-handled. Huge thanks to him! 🙏

Getting around Tashkent with Yandex Go is affordable, usually around 20,000 UZS, which is about ¥12. Photo 9 shows the mosque near the hotel.

4. Excellent service! We had booked a car through an app, but it never showed up, and we were about to miss our train. Manager Bai from the hotel drove us to the train station at top speed. He even offered to wait for us for a few minutes at the entrance in case we missed the train and needed a ride back to the hotel. Highly, highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Seoul Street and Magical City, and it's not far at all. The breakfast is abundant, and the Chinese food is very satisfying. The room is also spacious.

Free airport pick-up, clean rooms, and beautiful surroundings. Opening the window offers a stunning view of the mosque. The owner, a Beijinger, is warm and generous. I wasn't used to local Uyghur food, and he helped me order takeout without charging extra. The other shareholders are also Chinese and assisted with currency exchange, sightseeing recommendations, and getting a taxi. It felt reassuring to stay at Meisheng while being in a foreign land.

Facilities: The room size was decent, but the layout wasn't very practical.

Environment: The newly built annex still had a noticeable odor. The location is relatively close to the city center.

Service: The hotel description mentioned currency exchange services, but the front desk said they didn't offer it, which was disappointing.

Hygiene: The hygiene was acceptable. It seems to cater mostly to Chinese guests, who tend to be less particular about this when traveling.

Just got back from Tashkent and I HAVE to recommend this Chinese-owned hotel! It was truly my 'lifeline' during my solo trip abroad. As a Chinese person, staying here felt incredibly reassuring!!!

The breakfast offers familiar Chinese options like congee, tea eggs, and freshly steamed buns. No more dry bread with cold milk for me – my stomach was very happy!

I was completely overwhelmed with planning my itinerary, but the owner saved me. They told me where to buy authentic silk scarves without getting ripped off, suggested a lesser-known spot for a Tamerlane statue photo op, and recommended a pilaf restaurant frequented by locals. They even helped me find a reliable Chinese-speaking tour guide, which saved me so much time compared to exploring on my own.

The room came with a kettle, fridge, safe, and a full set of disposable toiletries (many hotels abroad don't offer these!). The bedding was soft and cozy, just like home, and it was so quiet at night that I slept soundly through till morning. The large balcony offered great ventilation. I slept incredibly well and comfortably; there was a deep sense of peace sleeping in such an environment. I haven't slept this well in ages. The value for money is also exceptional!

The hotel is very close to the Korean food street and Disney Town. It's cheaper than foreign-owned hotels in the same area, but the cleanliness and service attitude are miles better.

Honestly, when choosing a hotel in Tashkent, don't bother with those flashy foreign brands. This Chinese hotel truly 'understands the sense of security Chinese travelers need'! Next time I bring my parents, I'll definitely book here again. I've already shared the owner's WeChat with friends who are planning trips to Tashkent.

The hotel environment is top-notch, with an impressive lobby, spacious and bright rooms, soft and comfortable bedding, and brand-new, smart facilities. This hotel is run by Chinese people, and most of the guests are also Chinese, including those working in Uzbekistan and tourists. It feels very welcoming and allows for seamless communication. I think the chef must be from Sichuan, as the breakfast was delicious and tasted authentically Sichuanese. I arrived late at night, so the airport pickup service was really practical.
