Nice hotel with wonderful staff

I booked a twin room, but the bed sheets made it impossible to move. However, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was decent! There wasn't much to see nearby, but Yandex was a quick way to get anywhere.

The hotel is quite decent. The breakfasts are excellent. An unpleasant situation arose upon check-in: we had pre-paid for a deluxe room, but they decided to upgrade us to a standard room, even though they knew the deluxe bill (as it turned out later, our deluxe room had been offered to a French group 15 minutes earlier). Naturally, upon entering our room and realizing we'd been deceived, we returned to reception and asked for our room. The staff tried to wriggle out of it, saying something about a glitch in the system we'd booked through, etc., etc. In the end, they asked the French group to leave the room, and we were allowed to stay. I think the situation was unpleasant for everyone – us and the French group. No apologies were forthcoming.

Great place to live. The hotel is new. It's clean. The rooms are huge and clean. But for some reason I don't get as to why the bathrooms is so small as compared to the room. The front desk receptionist are all good and very helpful. They even guided us with places. They all knew English. The room service is also good. Housekeeping done great job by keeping clean and tidy each day. Breakfast is OK. They need to change the menu on daily basis. But the breakfast was tasty.

Spacious and super comfortable room! There was a big bed, sofa, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub—perfect for relaxing. Large windows let in lots of light, and everything was clean and well-kept. Also, it’s within walking distance to the nearest metro station, which was really convenient. Great stay overall!

I would definitely rate this hotel as a 5-star establishment. The rooms are large, clean, and beautifully designed. In the bathroom, you can control the heating, which is a nice touch. The receptionists are very helpful as well.

As for breakfast, I absolutely loved it! There was a great variety of foods, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. The selection of dried fruits was perfect. Overall, the service was excellent.

Great hotel, 5+, clean, large wide corridors, huge studio room, friendly staff. At the reception we asked to extend the room for 2 hours, because the flight was at 5 pm, they extended it for us free of charge and without problems! Very tasty breakfasts, especially samsa 🤗 a large selection of food, both for adults and children. Definitely recommend!

Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. The only issue is a very high bathtub to get into with no safety bars. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location is by a busy street but walking distance from some key sites and restaurants- ask staff where to cross the roads before you venture out, there are elevated or underground passages.

It was good that it was close to the airport.
The sink was clogged, so it took a long time for the water to drain,
and there was other people's hair on the floor, which was disgusting.
I wish they had cleaned it a little better.
The lobby was nice and friendly.
