Apple Hotel in Tashkent

I have to complain about the hotel receptionist's attitude; it was the worst I've ever experienced. They were indifferent, perfunctory, and unresponsive. If you're just looking for one night, then it's fine, but the room wasn't clean.

A disgusting hotel! From the owner to the amenities in the room!! They don't even deserve one star rating. And on top of that, I paid for a room with breakfast, which they don't provide. They simply said "nothing is available" in the morning. Their rooms aren't exactly the cheapest, of course. They didn't refund my money for the lack of breakfast, instead offering me some Chinese noodles as an apology for the three kopecks. The Chinese owner, who screamed like a stuck pig when he heard about the refund, didn't even deign to apologize.
We were put in a room with a plywood mattress, so much so that it felt like sleeping on a board. It creaked terribly, making every bone in my body hurt. The pillows were disgusting. The entire floor reeked of smoke, the shower was disgusting, and water leaked from the bathtub into the room.
No mugs or spoons in the room, only glasses and a kettle.
I want to thank only one person, the daytime manager. This guy genuinely cares about the quality of service this hotel strives to provide. A huge THANK YOU to the manager, everyone else should be off to their own devices, along with the owner.
