Very nice staffs and good condition Hotel including nice breakfast
Just what i don’t like is the location (among near Airport) Idk why but i never found taxi driver who find this hotel one at a time. Already i’ve been 2 times and each time was very big challenged :))

On the advice of a friend, we stayed here for a couple of days. Close to the airport, convenient location relative to places where you can eat tasty and hearty food. A taxi arrives in 3 to 10 minutes. It is beautiful inside, freshly renovated. There was one minus - no elevator. My husband dragged the suitcase up the stairs, I was lucky. The rooms themselves are wonderful. The windows are wide, the curtains are velvet. All the furniture is comfortable, and it is nice to put things in the closet. Bright lamps, lots of light. But if you want, you can make do with the dim light of the night lights. The bathroom is clean and large. Breakfasts start early, they are varied, include many dishes, everyone will find something to their taste. We were pleased with the hospitality of this hotel.

Good hotel. Great location relative to the airport and main attractions. Helpful staff, will answer any question: where are the ATMs closest, where to eat pilaf and others. It is very nice and friendly! The rooms are cozy, bright, there is a nice balcony. All amenities: hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle. By the way, the shower is very spacious. There is a nuance: you need to drain the hot water for a long time, just do it and do not grumble! The bed is soft, the linen is clean, no extraneous odors. For me it was important that there was no noise, so I could sleep well. There is a hall nearby where weddings take place, but it is very quiet at night, I slept well! I recommend Mercy Hotel for a holiday in Tashkent, I plan to come here again.

Nice little hotel for not really demanding people. Good location with close proximity to really good Uzbek (Caravan, Besh Qozon) and Georgian restorants (Gruzinskiy dvorik).

Okayish for the price. Very noisy and not helpful in that sense. Don’t expect incredible comfort and luxe but overall clean.

Breakfast was really ok at best.

Newly built hotel. Very good construction, good rooms with all necessary things. Rates are also affordable. Breakfast was super in this price. Hotel located at a quite place. No traffic noice. Hotel staff was very kind and supportive. They help me all the way
