Everything was fine. We stayed there for 1 night as we had an overnight layover. It's quite decent for a one or even two-night stay.

I don't quite understand why this hotel has such a high rating.
Pros:
1. Not far from the airport.
2. Friendly staff if you ask for something.
Cons:
1. Taxi drivers often confuse it with a neighboring hotel (about 100-150 meters apart), which also has flags. I had to carry my luggage. There's no clear sign for this hotel.
2. There's an active railway line right outside the window, and the double-glazed windows are very poor, so I couldn't sleep.
3. The towels haven't been properly cleaned in a long time.
4. Toilet paper wasn't provided in one of the rooms; I had to ask for it.
5. The promised fruits upon arrival were missing.
6. The shower is worn out, the showerhead leaks, and it needs replacing.
7. Breakfast was really bad; we ended up going to the city center.
All of this would have been acceptable if it weren't for the price of around $50 for a standard room. In China, you can get something incomparable for that money.

This was our 4th hotel during our stay in Uzbekistan.Hotel location is very good ,close to railway station , airport and also you can catch buses near the hotel ,which will take you to the city .Breakfast had good variety . The room was spacious with comfortable bed and couch , however the couch needs vacuuming around the edges .As I am having OCD I ended up cleaning it myself .housekeeping needs a bit supervision as they do not consistently replace or refill the amenities.the floor mat is kept on the towel rack and slippers were taken away but not replaced again. Reception staffs are approacble and friendly . Thanks to ADBULGHOFAR who was very helpful ,cooperative ,understandable to accommodate our early check in and make our stay comfortable and also thanks to another reception(don't know name)who assisted us immediately with our television when asked. Reception staff are hardworking polite generous and giving their best to deliver exceptional service to guest . Overall the stay was good , hotel is safe and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tashkent .

Good hotel for our one night stay in Tashkent. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Room could use a little bit of upkeep as the walls looked a bit weathered. Hotel had a water dispenser which is always appreciated. Breakfast buffet was great and hotel staff were very nice. A bit further away from main city centre but very close walking distance to South Tashkent train station which is why we book this accommodation.

Amazingly high level of customer support and care. They provided great assistance to my family (a woman and three children) during their travel to the final destination.

They were all good. However, most hotels in Uzbekistan have too many flies in their restaurants. Otherwise, everything was very nice. I liked it.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had stayed there in triple occupancy room. The room was spacious and good with ac and all. The second day they cleaned our room and the bathroom door mats they hung in our bathroom itself along with the cleaned ones. Also, when we checked-in to the hotel itself we would need an early breakfast as takeway and they agreed to it. On the early morning hours around 5.30-5.45am the guy who sat at the reception clearly told they can't provide us anything even with fruits also, since they didn't have lunch boxes to takeway and the restaurant manager will come after an hour. I asked him to call that person to talk and let him know my concern and he kept saying sorry simply without helping at all. This same guy was there at the hotel the night before and confirmed that he would arrange for takeway breakfast boxes. Also, the breakfast spread was good, but lots of housefly and they did nothing to cover them or so. The coffee machine has some issues though. So I would recommend staying elsewhere, considering the cleanliness and the trust we need to have in hotel/staff.

Stayed for a single night.
Location was okay - good for 1st day arrival or last day of travel since it is near major train station and airport.
Meal was so-so, not that bad nor good. Yer, staff was friendly and room condition was nice.
As mentioned, good place to stay if you are new to this city.
