Very clean! Breakfast is good. But it could be better if they change the menu every other day. There's a free use of sauna and pool until 9pm. It's not so close to the tourists spot but a 15 mins or 20 mins walk wasnt a problem for us ( nature of our work). So it was walking distance to Seoul mun, Magic city, Dostlyk bogi. Make sure to bring cash with you in Tashkent. It's soooo much cheaper here than Almaty or Bishkek esp. Taxi rides, metro, and eating out! But make sure you have $ or Uzs.

We stayed at this hotel on a Tripster "Golden Quartet" tour. The breakfast was average, the bed was comfortable. The quality of sleep was disappointing, marred by the humming air conditioner coming from the pool area. The room amenities were ok. Even disposable razors were included in the consumables.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable, the rooms are brand new, there's a pool (cold), and a good sauna. My complaint is about the reservation, or more specifically, the ability to change it. The initial reservation was for two nights, with check-in planned for the night. The flight was delayed by nine hours, which the airline notified us of three days in advance. Because of this, the first night's stay was unnecessary; we arrived at the hotel just in time for check-in on the second night. However, repeated attempts to change the hotel reservation dates were unsuccessful. Both Trip and the hotel refused. Upon check-in, the receptionist tried to sort this out and help resolve the issue. But the next day, the Trip app showed another refusal. I never saw the reason for the refusal. It's a shame that you have to deal with such situations while traveling. It's unpleasant.

We had the worst hotel experience of our lives. We weren't informed enough about the fire that broke out today, and we left the room as soon as we noticed the smoke. Worse still, the crisis management was disgraceful. We were told to pack our things and find a hotel. Since we only had one day and had already wasted enough time, we went to the nearest hotel they "recommended." We ended up paying more than we had to for a hotel that was filthy and poorly maintained. The problem here wasn't the money we paid, but their attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they weren't working today, and I asked for a phone call, but no one helped for two hours. When we went to the second hotel in the evening to collect our payment, they were rude and inconsiderate, telling us they would only refund the amount we paid for the hotel that had the fire. We were disgraced, not only for our only day in Tashkent, but also for our transfer to our early flight the next morning, and for the worse and dirtier hotel we had to pay.

+ A nice relaxed place, with spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. There is a nice pool and sauna and the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. I had a great stay.17.03.2025
All was good, the staff and the decoration of the rooms are excellent, looks like the same with hotel we stayed in Istambul Turkey, nearby there is Askiya bazaar but it's not such crowded as to compare to Charsuu Bazaar, it has as swimming pool and steam

Hotel is new and fresh, all the attracting place are nearby, next to the hotel there is Bukhara cafe where you can find national foods, we were staying 3 days and everyday they cleaned our rooms and one thing I can say is the indoor site is extremely clean just wow

Location is fantastic, the guys at the desk are so helpful and it's located in quiet place The breakfast is buffet and with some national food also. Near located Soul moun or Seoul Moon(nice place to walk) and the Magic city park, they ordered a taxi to Beshqozon pilof centre was so tasty

Our family had an amazing experience at Avant Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet peaceful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back!
