Wellness Hotel And Spa Hotel in Tashkent

Very good stuff in every facility.
Breakfast is very good and rich , especially service . Many thanks for special hospitality and service to Maruf , Abdullah and Faruk in the breakfast .

The first hotel I stayed in on my Great Silk Road Trip. The vestibule lobby is high with a multi storey hanging chandelier thing - all made for the visual factor and when you first arrive you do tend to utter the wow word. All looked lush and kapow and impressive, so it did its job in the first impressions department. My room was probably the largest room I had ever stayed in. Three negatives re my room which lost it a star: bad, dirty stains on the rug, never been cleaned up; one of the door handles was broken and fell on the floor in two pieces and the sockets!! Oh my word, the sockets. Well they were just shoved in a hole in the wall and fell out whenever you unplugged your phone. Dangerous! Staff were OK, very obliging staff in the restaurant, even if they did make me a breakfast which I couldn't eat as they had put meat in. The selection of food at breakfast was the best on the trip. Very good food and great choices. Shame we didn't have that throughout our trip travelling in Uzbekistan in the other three hotels. I especially liked the carrot breakfast cleanser and the beetroot one was the best - I had three one morning as it was so good, only a lil glass full but very yum. I would stay here again as it was a comfy room, despite its issues and the breakfasts were very, very good.

Nice small hotel now called Wellness hotel & spa. Good freshly furnished rooms with different room sizes available.
Pretty good restaurant in the first floor, but unfortunately, breakfast is mediocre at best.
Super fast services like laundry and dry-cleaning.
One bad thing is location. Pretty far from the city center and also a lot of construction around the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in April 2025. Overall, I liked everything. But there is almost nothing to eat for breakfast. I didn't immediately understand that you can call the cook and they will make you an omelette or fried eggs.

If you coming to Tashkent and you don’t know where to stay, this is it!!
I usually go to their wellness center for my exercise twice a week and last time I forgot my 4 rings there (all with diamonds).
It was on Thursday afternoon, two days later today I called them to check if I left my rings there and the guy on the phone said “yes ma’am we found 4 rings please come over to pick it up “ 😭😭🫶
I mean this kind of honest stuff who found 4 diamond rings and returned it to the reception is extremely rare these days. Thank you so much, I’ll be forever grateful ❤️

We stayed at the hotel between 15/09/2023 and 19/09/2023. The hotel's rooms were large and beautiful. Everything has been thought of for your comfort. There was everything in the mini fridge. The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. They helped us immediately with everything we needed. In fact, one day, I ran out of hair conditioner that I used in the shower, and when I saw the housekeeper, I asked for it. He said he didn't have it with him and the next day he didn't forget and found me at the hotel and gave it to me. The balcony area in the restaurant section of the hotel was very spacious and beautiful. It was very enjoyable to spend time on the balcony while we were there. I would like to thank the hotel's cook, the staff at the reception, all the employees in the restaurant department, the housekeeping staff, and the chef in the restaurant department for their friendly and courteous behavior. If I go to Uzbekistan again, this is definitely a hotel I will stay at again. I would definitely recommend it to those who are researching the hotel and considering staying.
