I can recommend the hotel for a stay in Tashkent. The hotel is located in a quiet side road close to the centre and less than 10min walk to Minor subway station. The hotel seems to be quite new and well maintained. Rooms are convenient and clean. Breakfast is ok, quite typically for the region. Great to have a sauna and small pool to relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good Hotel near the center of the city but I faced many issues during my stay. I booked a junior suite for one of the exhibitions I was attending and although the room was exactly as shown in the pictures I found many problems. 1. The room that I was allocated had a problem in the front door locking. Although it would lock but you had to push the frame outside to do so. 2. There was a TV but no Cable. 3. I am a person who likes to stay in the room most of the time and one of my main reasons to book the hotel was that it had a bar. Unfortunately the Bar only served coffee and tea (to my astonishment) so I had to go out to get a drink. 4. The restaurant within the hotel did not have an extension number with the room. Even after discussing with the front desk twice I coul not get a clear resolution on the first two points but as they were minor issues I let it go. I would definitely recommend the hotel due to its cleanliness but if you are someone who likes to be in the hotel most of the time then I would recommend to choose carefully

The hotel was clean, the room was adequate, and the bathroom was small and poorly lit. Of the three reception shifts and two waiter shifts, only one person spoke English. It was fine for one or two nights. The buffet breakfasts were good.

WORST HOTEL IN TASHKENT if you are a foreigner (specially Indian), see the detailed review below:

First and foremost
!!! NO INDIAN FOOD !!!

1. Rooms are very average and far from offering a decent lifestyle, FORGET luxury.
2. No refrigerator in Room
3. Nothing much than pizza and salad if you are a vegetarian, VEGANs please don't even think of this hotel.
4. Pizza was served in a box, without cutlery, without seasoning, without sauce, it was just a dough with vegetables packed in a low quality packaging.
5. No kitchen in hotel, food is ordered by a nearby local restaurant, which is closed by 10.00 PM, so NO LATE NIGHT DINING. Sleep hungry if you are a vegetarian night owl.
6.NO BAR, forget minibar in room, the HOTEL doesn't have alcohol in its premises and a kilometre around.
6. If you want to drink, pay in local currency cash to hotel staff and they will arrange. But quantity should be bulk. So only heavy drinkers allowed.
7. No Towel Slippers, no iron board, no iron. Bring your own.
8. Water bottle chargeable
9. No foreign language channel on TV, not even English.
10. Poor Room service is for free, and it's the only best thing at this hotel.

That was awesome, we were in winter, I really loved it, everywhere is clean cosy pleasant, the staff is expreamely polite, and also the pleasant smell in the rooms just it! The breakfast was so good That I gues I will remember it for quite a long time, for breky was everything you want, and of course that is for free! I swear of I get a chance I will go there one more time! But it is little expensive than I thought..

Pros of staying here:
Friendly staff
Relatively moderate prices for the place in the city center.
Cons:
Dirt on the water. You can put a clinex on the drainage and in ten minutes it will become brown of color. No wonder bath curtains are brown there.
Poor breakfast, made, i suppose with a dirty water.

The bricks and mortar are dinosaurs. The furniture is chipped, bath tube leaks, the bedside light is not working, the phone is not working. The towels used to be white but now they are grey. The breakfast is served with yesterdays dishes. Two stars are only for friendly staff and location. Otherwise total disappointment.
