Terrible Experience – Poor Customer Service

Booked a room for 2 people at $32 USD, but when I chose to pay by card instead of cash (which the receptionist was insisting on), I was charged £33 GBP — significantly more than agreed. The receptionist then asked for my passport, which was fine, but continued to demand my wife’s passport and even insisted on a marriage certificate, which is not a legal requirement in this country.

The location is also inconvenient, with no nearby places to eat. However, the worst part was the unprofessional and rude customer service. This was a very disappointing stay, and I will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for four nights while visiting Tashkent as a tourist. Overall, the price/quality ratio was good, and the rooms were functional. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Breakfast was rather meager, especially if you weren't there at the beginning, as the bread and cold meats weren't replenished.
But what really disappointed me and was completely unprofessional was the staff's behavior on the last day: the caretaker installed a faulty water hose during watering, so my camper van was flooded through an open window. This soaked the insulation, but especially all the electronics. I spent over an hour drying my camper van in the sweltering heat. It's still unclear whether there was any damage.
I brought the error to the staff's attention. Mistakes can happen, but neither immediately afterward nor upon payment were there any apologies, nor was any compensation offered. I find this behavior incredibly inappropriate. Therefore, I cannot recommend the hotel at all.

The staff are so loud at night,so I couldn't sleep.They even had phone conversation with loudspeakers and I found it terrible!
Anyway,the hotel worth to stay,it good,but the reception and staff are really awful,
I hope they read it and change the situation,and this hotel will be one the best
