A bit disappointed with our stay at this hotel, as several basic amenities were lacking. Items such as slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not provided, and we even had to request essentials like bath towels and the air conditioning remote.
Additionally, the bathroom in our room had an unpleasant odor, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating throughout.

We booked and paid for a room, but when we arrived at the hotel, they told us there were no rooms available. They then put us in a taxi to another hotel. So, I wouldn't recommend it.

We arrived late at night only to find out our booking hadn't reached them. So, I can't really review the hotel itself, only the staff! There was a very helpful guy who quickly arranged for us to stay at a neighboring hotel under the same conditions, so we didn't have to pay anything extra. The location is super convenient with all the shops and a bus stop nearby, taxis arrive quickly, and it's not far from all the main attractions. Oh, and yes, we couldn't check into our room because they were fully booked, and for some reason, Trip.com hadn't sent them any notification. I think it's probably fine to book here, but I'd recommend contacting or calling the hotel in advance.

I liked the hotel. It has everything you need. Perfect for an overnight stay. The breakfast was quite good. Not far from the center. A very quiet alley. I recommend it for those who love peace and quiet.

A great, intimate little hotel not far from the airport and the city center. Everything is clean and odorless. The breakfast is okay. I really liked everything.

I stayed at this hotel for a few hours. I can say that the management provided excellent service, the rooms were fairly clean, and the price was reasonable.

Although we had booked a room with one large bed and prepaid 70% in advance, upon arrival we were told that the room was unavailable and were given a different room with two beds instead. The room layout was poor and very cramped, with no table or chairs. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The bed linens were very dirty, covered with various stains, not ironed at all, and it seemed as though they had not even been washed after the previous guest. There was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room, and although it was a room for two people, only one pair of slippers was supplied. The windows all faced a wall, so there was no view at all.
The breakfast selection was also very limited. However, administrators at the reception were friendly.
