Art Residence Hotel in Tashkent

❌ I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked a Suite through *********** for the dates June 18–21. The photos showed a spacious, well-equipped room. Upon arrival, I was placed in a standard room in a different building, without warning or explanation. The room itself was of lower quality and did not match the description at all. The most outrageous thing is that my reservation on *********** was canceled without my consent so that I could not leave a review. But I actually stayed at the hotel and paid the full amount — $200, as for a suite. This is a direct violation of customer rights and fraudulent behavior. Very poor service. The room was completely different from what was shown in the photos — smaller and much lower in quality. What’s worse, my booking was canceled in the system without my consent, just to prevent me from leaving a review. I still stayed at the hotel and paid the full amount of $200, which was the price of a Suite. This is a clear violation of customer rights and feels like a scam. Terrible service. Avoid this place.

It was a nightmare!!!! A man who also had a key came into our room. When he realized we were in the room, he quickly ran away. We started asking other guests, and they said that a man had also come into their room at night. It was a nightmare, but when we contacted reception, they said that couldn't be true. Security level 0. This is terrifying, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. And the man might have been a thief working at the same hotel.
