Room was apparently cleaned but very dusty.
Bed was ok and I was sleeping when someone knocked wildly at some room and shocked me.
I paid 609000 SOM for one bad night so isn't really worth it in comparison with prices and services in all Tashkent. Probably sleeping at the train station or a a hostel will be cheaper and comfortable.
Breakfast is that plastic box with instant coffee and tea, but hey you won't get a cup or hot water.
