When we tried to contact them, we received no help or support. In response to my complaint, they even filed a claim against me for "failing to show." This is simply absurd.
If a hotel can't even provide the correct location and communicate respectfully with customers, they can't be trusted.
This is dangerous and irresponsible. I strongly advise against booking here.
