It's in a very convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. You might get a little lost trying to find the hotel entrance.

We arrived in Tashkent for two days and stayed at this hotel. It is located practically in the city center, with many attractions, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Everything is clean, quiet, and cozy!

The location was absolutely perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the Navoi Theater. There were also many restaurants open late in the vicinity, so finding a place to eat at night was never an issue. The room, while just the 'bare minimum' size for two people, was kept very clean. The bathroom truly stood out: the shower had excellent water pressure, and the temperature control was smooth and easy. It was an incredibly comfortable environment to wash away the day's travel fatigue. This hotel is ideal for active travelers.

The place is located in close proximity to the airport (that's why I chose it). However, their service was quite unsatisfactory. (i) I booked a king-size bed in a standard room. When I reached the hotel, they gave me a room at the attic (3rd floor with super low ceilings) with two single beds. With no other option at the late time, I asked them to join the beds together at the very least, they simply ignored my request. (ii) The place does not provide the basic services like taking the luggage to your room. I had to carry my 20kg luggage for the third floor myself. And that's via the stairs only. No elevator. I asked them for water, which was not provided in the room; they told me I should bring it up myself because they don't have a bellboy. (iii) The rooms were not clean. There was a strain of hair on the main pillow of the bed. See the picture.

This hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The hallways smell of old cigarettes (but the room didn't), and the rooms are very bare bones. The thing that really bugged me was that our room had no windows. There was no way to get fresh air. If I had realized we would not have windows, I would not have booked this room/hotel. The shower had great water pressure but the temperature fluctuated greatly. We didn't shower our child because the water would range from almost scalding to freezing, constantly fluctuating. The best part of this hotel is the location. It is on a nice park, with a lot of restaurants near by and close access to the metro.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, it’s worth adding to your booking. Room was standard and room in a decent location.

The location is excellent, but it's a little hard to find. The guy at the front desk is very good at speaking many languages.
