Beryozka Hotel in Tashkent

Truly, without the doubt, definitely the worst experience of my life at a check in. First I arrived and the man at the reception couldn't be bothered. I said I have a reservation and he didn't understand english. He was on the phone with someone who later turned out to be the manager. I showed them my booking on the agoda app and my email confirmation and they said that they only have booking. I explained to them that agoda is part of booking holdings and my reservation should be there. The manager on the phone kept telling me that they don't have my reservation and I kept telling him that the guy at the reception should take a picture of my email and my app and also (!!!) My chat on agoda that I had with the property.
In said chat I was asking about a late check out since I have a flight the next day in the night. There was a misunderstanding about that but the point is that they did respond so they saw my reservation.
It was late at night and I just wanted to go to bed and was really looking forward to a good night sleep - even though I saw the receptionist and he gave me creepy and aggressive vibes. The kept telling them that i just want the receptionist to take pictures of my app and mail and the chat but the manager kept saying that they don't have agoda and that there is no reservation. I started crying because of exhaustion. The receptionist started laughing at me and continued to do so the whole time til the end. I couldn't take it anymore and went outside I needed to get away from the horrible receptionist and his laughter. I couldn't calm myself but I came back to tell him he should take a picture of the chat and the confirmation in the mail and the agoda app. He kept snatching my phone out of my hands and I let him because I though that he will take a picture. But he never did.
Then he facetimed the manager and filmed me buy I was crying still and didn't want to be filmed. The receptionist was still laughing at me and bringing other men into the conversation and not letting them leave the reception area to humiliate me. I pressed the button to end the face time and he got aggressive with me and hurt my hand.
Meanwhile the manager kept screaming "why are you crying?" On Facetime several times. I kept saying that I want them to see the confirmation and the chat so they can see that I wasn't lying. He kept saying "we don't have agoda!!!" Serveral times again. They didn't get my point and at this point I had a full blown panic attack. It was 11pm and I had nowhere to go and after everything these men have done to me I obviously didn't want to stay at this hotel so I walked out a second time.
I am crying while writing this again, please please PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT BUSINESSES LIKE THAT. Iy was the most horrible experience ever in my life and I felt helpless and nobody helped me. I don't want other people to go through the same things that I went through.
As a woman who was surrounded by men they will paint the picture of me being hysterical and emotional and exaggerating. Please be conscious and don't fall for that.

The guard thinks he's the Administrator and the owner of the parking lot. He's constantly worried that the car is in the way, even if it's not bothering anyone else.
And the two guys at reception think they own the hotel. The hotel itself is fine, but the staff is a real shame.

A terrible hotel. I don't recommend it at all. The receptionist is rude to guests, unwilling to quote prices or provide the rooms they want. They sent us away in tears and with a terrible experience. We had to find another hotel at such a late hour. The receptionist, Fayoz, refused to speak Russian and said, "We are in Uzbekistan, speak Uzbek," and started dividing us into nationalities. We were shocked by this place.

This place is the worst. I was scammed. My time was wasted. I booked a room on Booking.com for $16 at 11 p.m. Five minutes later, I arrived, and the manager said the room didn't exist, but he had one for $30. I argued with him for 20 minutes. The manager didn't apologize at all.
