I could hear the lift noise very loud.
So the staff upgraded me to a better room.

There was a strong exhaust gas smell in the second bedroom on the eight floor. This was the major issue

The staff should make it clear upfront if bottle water service is not included in the booking.
The receptionist almost asked me for an extra fee for the bottles.
There was no locker on the door, in my second bedroom,it was broken, as you can see on the photos.

Overall ok, but we won’t be rebooking to stay here again. We were unlucky- the hotel is located in the middle of a currently ongoing construction site. We chose the VIP Suite because there was a balcony, and the size of the room was good, but it was on the 2nd floor, so quite noisy. The cleanliness was not great, dusty, though it was apparent that they had painted the walls recently. The shower was quite bad as you couldn’t close the door completely, so water kept coming out…
Staff was friendly, but nothing too remarkable.

Good choice in the city centre. Close to the railway station and the Temple of Literature. Easy checkin, fast wifi, hot shower, good price. Checks the right boxes. While it is certainly no luxury, it is good value for money.

It’s such a good stay in this hotel very clean and staff are soo friendly. They clean the room everyday change bedsheets and pillow case as well.
High recommended, though 25mins walk away from old quarter but it’s closer from the temple of literature and also close to the Ho Chi Minh.

Room was basic and bed wasn’t comfortable but it was perfect for what we needed and was cheap. Isn’t too far to walk to the old quarter aswell.

The good thing was they stayed up late. We got the room at 4am, and also they had garage over night. Pretty cool
