Era Apartment Ham Long in Hanoi

Great Location, But Service to improve and Property Condition (Rating: 3/5)
I booked these apartments months in advance and confirmed a week prior to arrival. Nevertheless, upon arriving at 9 PM after a long flight, I was denied check-in due to their mistake and sent to a different location for the night. This ruined all my plans and caused significant stress.
When I finally checked in the next day, I faced new issues:
The apartment was dusty and dirty; no cleaning was provided during my 6-day stay.
A kitchen cabinet was broken, and instead of a kettle, there was a non-functional stove.
The staff ignored my requests for repairs or instructions.
The place felt damp.
The only pros are the excellent location and a comfortable bed. The service is completely below standard

The location was awesome, easy access to the old quarter and lots of shops and restaurants. However, the service wasn't too good. Had to wait quite some time to check in as there was no one in the front desk although it says 24/7 front desk service. However, it was worth the price.

Everything was good and perfect

Even you didn’t allow us to have an early check in but still thankful for allowing us to have a quick shower and changed because we just arrived from Sapa. Overall, I like the place not that far from the tourist spot. Thank you again

Nicee excellent

The overall experience was good however what would’ve made the apartment more comfortable is having kitchen utensils and cookware since it’s an apartment. 

Upon arrival, we did not receive clear instructions about the exact location and drove around for 20 minutes on the same street looking for the building which was within a narrow alley way. Not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area.

We were booked there for four nights and thought there was no hot water but was only informed how to turn on the water heater on our third day. This was also the same day we the trash was removed and toilet paper refilled. Take note that your apartment is not cleaned for the duration of your stay. 

Besides this the apartment is okay and is suitable for a short stay on budget, it has some of the basic amenities but can do well with a few more items to make it comfortable and practical.
