The soundproofing isn't great, but it's pretty good. The hotel's location is far from the city center. The price I paid on Trip.com was higher, but it didn't qualify for a refund of the difference.

Very good hotel. My only concern was they gave us the wrong room when we checked in (at dawn). I booked gor a room with a bathtub. He said that the room was full. But around noon i came to the concierge again and they changed it immediately, he said that the previous man gave the wrong one. Thankyou. Love the hotel. So modern

It was a very pleasant experience. The only downside is the windows leading not to the street, but to the internal hotel area. Hence no constant supply of fresh air. The room was very spacious and clean.

I've stayed here 3 times already. Overall, the hotel is quite noisy. Soundproofing is poor; you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. There's also construction going on nearby. The front desk staff weren't very helpful. Often, no one was at the counter, and there wasn't even a bell to ring for service. They even struggled to find my booking code when I was checking in... honestly, there were a lot of issues. The only upside is its location right on the main road. It's a large hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was excellent. Having a bathtub was a lovely bonus! It's perfectly located, with plenty of delicious food options just steps away. I really enjoyed my stay – great value for money!

The room was a little small but clean and the bathroom was a good size and also had a bathtub which was nice because I prefer baths. The only strange thing was that due to Tet Holliday they locked the front door with a bike lock from 12-6 and we wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette. Thankfully he did let us out and we felt really bad because he was sleeping behind the desk. I think due to the Holliday the hotel was short staffed.

friendly reception, but I recommend a slightly more expensive guide, so I think it's better to choose your own means of transportation.

We came back here 3 times during our stay in Northern Vietnam. The hotel itself is a bit out of the city so it's quiet but an easy Grab ride into Old Town. The beds are the comfiest I've slept on at a hotel, the bathroom was spotless and plenty of hot water. We found the staff to be lovely and welcoming. The windows were open in the rooms with the stairwell backing them, because guests didn't know they were open you could hear the PRIVATE things going on in their rooms echoing in the stairwell, if you catch my drift..... maybe leave the curtain open so guests can close the window
