The owner of this hotel is very scary.
This hotel does not contract directly with Trip but through a third party. When the owner found out the room rate I booked was lower than usual, he got angry, refused to let me check in, and asked me to report the price issue to Trip. I tried to explain that it was the problem between the hotel and their partner, not my problem, but he wouldn’t listen. I had no choice other than to cancel my booking with a reason “Issue with the hotel”. Then I got a message from Trip said that my request would be respond within 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours, I still had not received a property response from this app, so I called the hotel directly. The owner told me that the reason my room rate was cheaper than usual was because he had not updated the rates with this partner. Although it was his fault, he didn’t even offer an apology.
Finally, I received a response from Trip which said that my booking will be kept. So I had to stay at this hotel because my request for a full refund was not accepted.
Anyway, the staff was nice, but the owner was terrible.

Firstly, the service of the staff is too poor. The guest who entered did not even greet a guest with a lot of luggage, nor did he help open the door to the front desk to ask, only to say that his face was plugged into the computer to play games.

Seeing the recruitment post, anyone would expect the owner to live as dirty as a dog, stuck in wholesale, forcing the staff to cook rice and asking for no oil, if he doesn't like to eat fried vegetables, if he doesn't eat, he will go to the restaurant to eat and force him to eat with him. I'm the type of person like you, the clothes are left in the washing machine for a whole week and then forced to dry their clothes, and they wash them by hand for fear of taking a long time to rot. I went to work one day and saw this boss was so slow, I asked for a break, so he chased me like I was chasing evil spirits and threw all my stuff for fear of stealing, it demanded 200k a night and then chased me right in the night. I think everyone is as dirty as me, I have never met anyone like this guy when I go to work. Toothbrushes, combs I find reused. Sincerely recommend that you avoid this hotel and Nhat Ly hotel with the same management
