This hotel is perfect if you don’t have much time to explore the city, as it’s close to everything and in a very convenient location.

The staff were exceptional — incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We also tried the restaurants they recommended, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to start the day well. The rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt clean and welcoming.

I highly recommend this hotel :-)

First of all, the reception staff, especially Lili, were excellent and attentive. They spoke with us in advance and checked our arrival. They helped us with everything from explaining the city, exchanging money, helping with storing belongings and comparing prices.
Unlike many rooms in Vietnam, the shower had a glass wall separating the toilet and there was hot water all the time.
The bed in the room is comfortable and the cleanliness was good.
The breakfast included in the price is served on the roof of the hotel, there is a large selection

Lily is fantastic.
We had a wonderful time with everything organized for us, we felt so looked after at golden moon.
Location is class, short walk to the main shopping street in the Old Town and a short hop to the historic locations of the city.
10/10 would stay again.

Location is everything for this place! 5mins walk to the Cathedral, lots of restaurants, the street side local beers shops, laundromat, cafes and souvenirs shop!
But that means also expect noises until late at night. Unfortunate for me, there was a road construction during my stay, and as a light sleeper, that disturbed my sleep. However Ms Lily quickly offered ear plugs when I feedback about it.
Ms Lily and all the staff were very nice and helpful! Giving recommendations and greeted us every day!
The breakfast at the rooftop was also pleasant, and the staff were great!
Small area (4 tables) with a simple buffet spread and a choice of sandwich/pancake/eggs from the menu. Maybe can add some local food on the menu for more options.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Golden Moon!

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They have great advice of what to do in the area and helped us book some activities for a good price. The rooms where nice and clean and breakfast was delicious. Would recommend.
