Good location, no complain from the guest

Hotel quite old. We booked the big room, arrived to HaNoi at midnight and they sold our room. The room given lower price but very small and uncomfortable. Only location is good. However, we able to get much more better hotel with similar price on next day.

Very low quality of service. After choosing and booking the room in the early afternoon we came back after dinner and got totaly diferent room for the same price. Unfortunatelly it was quite late so we didn't have other option and stayed. The picture below nicely describes why there is a "2 hours - price" in the pricebook ;)

The hotel is centrally located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, close to attractions and cafes that stay open late. The area is lively, but the windowless rooms are quiet. I stayed in a windowless room on the second floor—it was comfortable, although I could hear guests waking up around 6:00 a.m. in the morning. The room was clean and cozy: a comfortable bed, a kettle, a minibar, and one chair. Cleaning was done daily, and the standard was good.

Breakfast was simple but adequate. The service was interesting—you feel right at home when you come to the kitchen, where the hostess prepares your food on the spot and serves it right away. The staff was friendly, helpful with excursions, and quick to answer questions, even in the evening.
The room was small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay.
A good option for a trip to Hanoi, I recommend it.

bad start but desk staff tried to help, balcony room was pleasant, cleaner made me wait 5-9pm but my request for window room had been overlooked so I was unable to take the room they reserved for me. Ms Lucky was sweet & tried to help with missed Agoda booking due to visa delay, & cleaner had to work overtime, so I left reluctantly -- nice room with balcony has hefty cash price & i left due to upgradr costs & lost 3 nights. Staff (esp breakfast lady) were helpful, I wish them well!

Beware of these scammers' deception & fraud, delay of 4 hours (nearly 9pm after 5pm arrival) to get room I clearly requested -- was first promised 7pm, then told it was "half-cleaned" -- a walk into the room showed it had not been entered by housekeeping, so I was told "they are eating dinner" -- though the cleaner came downstairs, then disappeared again for hours. Worse than that, the hotel kept $113 for 3-night reservation it refused to honor! Repeated promises to "talk with manager for this" resulted only in a shakedown for a million-dong cash price -- immediately! Beware of bedbugs, lice, mosquitoes from unscreened bathroom window & also fleas on floor too.
