The one-bedroom villa was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and two different pillow thicknesses. The bathroom was well-equipped with a hairdryer, which had an outlet on it, so it was convenient if you brought your own hairdryer 😉😉 The resort environment was serene, and the outdoor patio was comfortable with a rocking chair, a table, and two chairs. It was also easy to hang clothes to dry. However, I opted for the hotel's laundry service, which was very reasonably priced, I think it was VND50k for 1kg. They charged based on the total weight over multiple days. I handed my laundry to the front desk in the morning before breakfast, and it was back in my room by the evening. Even my swimwear and jackets were washed by the hotel, which was very convenient 👍 Breakfast was delicious, especially the Vietnamese noodle soup, which was excellent. It varied daily: beef, beef balls, chicken, and fish slices. I was surprised at how tasty the fish slices were 😋😋 The buggy can take you to the main street. Actually, it's not far to walk; we walked to Long Beach Mart to buy souvenirs and ate at nearby restaurants, which were all good. There are also massage places all along the street. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the information in their WhatsApp messages was clear. If I ever visit Phu Quoc again, I would definitely stay here ❤️ Thank you to this hotel for giving us such a wonderful experience 😘😘

Pros: Plenty of breakfast options, good service, beautiful environment, and affordable prices.
Cons: Lots of mosquitoes, somewhat rural location, requires a shuttle bus to the main street.
Overall, I still really liked it.

Overall good experience, good hotel and well maintained. The check in process was slow (we had to wait more than 30 mins) so that can be improved. Also they were very particular about any items and damage (since we did not have enough time when checking out due to flight time, they charged us the cost of new items for small damages).

The Nadine Resort is beautiful and the staff are all very warm and friendly. We felt very comfortable! Everything was perfect, laundry was done, airport transfer went smoothly, and it was also possible to rent a motorbike for low fee. I can recommend this hotel.

Came to Phu Quoc Island twice. Stayed in three hotels this employee had the best smile and politeness

Location is a bit far from the city area. About 10mins car ride to night market. But it is really peaceful at night since it is away from the city area.

Hotel staff was very much cooperative and friendly and they helped us for everything we wanted, hotel location is very good, breakfast is good and we are vegetarian so they arranged vegetarian food for us, can move around hotel in shuttle car. Value for Money
