Perfect getaway: nature, service, and delicious food
This place is a true paradise for relaxation. The rooms feature an eco-friendly design with views of palm trees, a clean pool, and a very cozy atmosphere. Breakfast always included a variety of fresh fruits. The hotel has a gym and massage services, as well as a great restaurant where you can enjoy dinner or order coffee/cocktails.
Special thanks to the administrator - Tran Nguyen Dud, who was incredibly kind and helpful with any questions. Thanks to you, our vacation was perfect. We will definitely come back!

This hotel is incredibly adept at handling customer complaints, especially given its two separate areas, located over 100 meters apart. If you're like me, you'll find the hotel to be quite dishonest. Look at the photos: the first two show the main building area, while the latter ones show the annex area, located over 100 meters across a busy main road. There are many great hotels in Phu Quoc; this isn't one of them. This hotel simply doesn't care about integrity, and its corporate culture clearly puts honesty at the bottom of its priorities.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. Everything about the experience was literally unbelievably good.
The staff were the kindest people I have ever met and I say this as someone who has traveled a lot. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable at all times.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The hotel itself is perfectly located, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
The rooms were spotless, incredibly spacious and well maintained.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Long Beach Mart, King Kong Mart, and the Grand World bus stop, among others. The hotel isn't huge, but it's very photogenic. The breakfast spread is quite good, and they even offer a complimentary happy hour drink. Because the hotel is surrounded by trees and has a pond, there's a lot of insect noise, and you'll spot geckos in many places (not inside the room, thankfully, but it was a bit unnerving seeing them every day). The service is good, though the person in charge of the breakfast area was a bit stern during one interaction, but it didn't really impact our stay.

Great hotel, service is nice, wide range of good food for breakfast, they also had airport pick up and drop off service I could use for free. Gym, two swimming pools (the second one is on a roof of the gym, super cozy and peaceful, I loved it).
Downsides:
-location of the hotel is on the busiest road of the island. You have to cross it in order to get to the beach.
-my room had the weakest soundproofing. So I heard every single living creature outside at night and my sleep wasn’t great during my whole stay
