Alisia Beach Hotel Da Nang in Da Nang

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The room was filthy — dust everywhere and a horrible odor. Hygiene clearly doesn’t exist here. The door didn’t even lock properly, making it feel unsafe. On top of that, cockroaches and bugs were crawling around. Felt more like a pest-infested dump than a hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel staff was rude. Not friendly at all. Talk to customer like talk to his father. Very bad attitude not answer politely. Room cleanliness is OK. It's abit cheap about their attitude. Need to pay for extra water and extra laundry bag. Breakfast is fine

The location is mediocre – there's almost nothing open around here, and nothing to do.

The beach is very dirty: after a walk, my feet were covered in yellow stains. The water is murky and unclean; we didn't even go into the sea, only up to our knees.

The hotel is old and poorly maintained. Housekeeping is subpar: there were often other people's hairs left behind, and once there were even hairs in the sink. Towels were consistently not replenished. The room had minimal crockery: two glasses, with no spoons or plates.

The pool is small, with only a few sun loungers. The stairs to the pool are inconvenient and unsafe. The rooftop bar is closed. From the 12th floor, there's a lot of noise in the evenings; you can hear neighbors and people on the roof. It's impossible to properly look out the window.

The only plus is the staff. The employees at the reception and in the restaurant are very courteous. Breakfasts are simple but tasty and neatly served.
