Brilliant Hotel in Da Nang

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. English speaking. Room made up daily. Breakfast was good. Standard fare + 10 freshly prepared dishes changed daily.

Excellent service. Good location.  Room was big with beautiful view of the river and the dragon. On my birthday, they presented me with a cake and flowers which greatly surprised me. Totally enjoyed my stay there.

Choosing Brilliant Hotel for our stay in Da Nang was absolutely the best decision. Its excellent location meant the Pink Da Nang Cathedral, a popular tourist attraction, was right behind the hotel, and Han Market was just a 2-3 minute walk away. What truly made this trip memorable was the exceptional service from Huy, a staff member. He patiently listened to our plans for places we wanted to visit and offered invaluable, kind advice. Thanks to Huy's guidance, we were able to explore Da Nang very efficiently. We were genuinely so glad we stayed at Brilliant Hotel, and we will definitely choose it again on our next visit to Da Nang!

I stayed one night with my mom, and it was perfect for us to explore Han Market and Han River. The pick-up service and breakfast were amazing. Although I couldn’t enjoy the rooftop and spa because of our schedule, if I come to Da Nang again, I will definitely stay here!

This was my second visit, and the river view truly stands out as the best among all the hotels in the area. I'll definitely be returning! The location is fantastic too, being within walking distance of Han Market and the Pink Church. Plus, there are so many great restaurants and massage shops nearby, which made my stay absolutely perfect.

The view of the Dragon Bridge was fantastic, even at night! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage all day, which was incredibly convenient. Our hotel room was spotless and absolutely perfect!

1. The Brilliant Hotel boasts a superb location for exploring Da Nang. Its back entrance, conveniently located right next to the Satya Hotel, offers easy access to Han Market and surrounding shopping areas.
Our Grand Suite offered breathtaking panoramic views of the Han River, including the iconic Dragon Bridge. The spectacular night view, in particular, was truly memorable and added to the charm.
2. Upon check-in, we received a spa voucher offering a generous 30% discount. Compared to other spas in the area, the prices were very reasonable. Being an in-house hotel spa, the facilities were impeccably clean and hygienic, providing a serene atmosphere for a truly relaxing experience. The ability to walk in and enjoy a treatment without prior reservation or waiting was a huge plus.
3. On our last day, we had a late-night flight and needed to check out late and head to the airport. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a special packed meal for us. The meal, which we enjoyed at the airport well past midnight, was absolutely delicious, and we were deeply touched by this incredibly thoughtful gesture.
4. The rooftop Top Bar serves both lunch and dinner. Unlike the often crowded and bustling restaurants near Han Market, this establishment provides a tranquil and upscale setting where guests can savor their meals while enjoying beautiful panoramic views of the Han River. While I initially expected the prices to be on the higher side, they were actually very reasonable, even compared to other nearby restaurants. Considering the excellent food quality and the sophisticated ambiance, our satisfaction was exceptionally high.
5. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Throughout our trip, we also stayed at a 5-star hotel in the city center and a luxury resort on Non Nuoc Beach, but the staff at Brilliant Hotel truly stood out, offering the warmest and most attentive service we experienced.
Ms./Mr. Nguyen at the front desk was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, assisting with everything from check-in to check-out, arranging the airport packed meal, and providing shuttle information. Their support made our stay incredibly comfortable.
Moreover, when I went for a spa treatment, I had my child with me, so I opted for a foot massage. Our therapist, Li, was wonderfully engaging, naturally entertaining my child throughout the session. It was truly impressive to see my child, who had been quite shy and reserved throughout our entire trip, confidently extend their foot and ask for a massage from Li.
