Sheraton Grand Danang Beach Resort & Spa in Da Nang

Had a wonderful 5-day stay here. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, the hotel provides everything you could possibly need. We spent our days relaxing in the amazing 250-meter long pool and enjoying the fantastic private beach. The staff were all very patient and professional. Our whole family had a great time, and we'd definitely consider booking here again on our next trip to Da Nang.

The room is spacious and comes with standard amenities. The breakfast spread is excellent. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there isn't much to do nearby, and the location is halfway between Da Nang city center and Hoi An. The outdoor pool is absolutely stunning! It's a top choice if you're looking for a hotel to relax at with kids.

Stayed at Sheraton Grand Da Nang Resort and overall had a great experience.

Beautiful beachfront location, a massive pool, and a clean beach with a lifeguard—perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were outstanding and provided excellent service throughout.

However, the resort is a bit far from the city, and the rooms feel small for a 5-star property with no proper seating apart from the bed.

Breakfast had a huge spread but was disappointing for vegetarians. Also found it strange that in-room dining comes with a 100k VND delivery charge at a 5-star resort.

Great stay overall, with a few areas to improve.

The resort is big with spacious rooms facing the pool or the sea. It’s so big that you can request for buggy service to your room if you are far away. The room is generally clean but behind the fixed shower and shampoo bottles are mouldy 😢.

The sound proofing is really poor. If you have a connecting room to the one next door, you can hear all the conversations in that room. 😩 It was so bad that I asked to change my room.

There’s limited TV channels. The breakfast is decent and very crowded from 8-9am.

This is also a Marriott property, but the breakfast here isn't as rich as the Marriott next door. You're also not allowed to go into the sea, only use the pool. I hope they can set up a safe swimming area by the beach so guests can enjoy the ocean.

We loved our 7day stay at the Sheraton Grand Resort and Spa - it was just the holiday we were hoping for. The staff are wonderful, super helpful and always ready to give you the best advice.

The hotel offers a shuttle from the hotel to downtown Hoi An (Ancient City) for $100,000dong per person, with under 12’s free. This is amazing value and can be booked through the front desk. Saves the hassle of organising transport and drops you right back to the hotels front door.

The pool is amazing. It’s one depth the entire way which makes it really easy and safer to swim with kids. It’s also really big, so there is space for everyone whether you’re with kids, solo tripping or couples. Pool staff are friendly and pool towels are available at the lifeguard shed.

The private beach is also a big bonus. It was very rough during our visit so no swimming, but our daughter enjoyed playing in the sand.

The food here is great. Breakfast is AMAZING. There are 3 different places to eat as well as poolside food. During Tet, the hotel had an outdoor buffet available for NY eve and NY night.

The only thing missing for us, was a convenience store. If they had one onsite we wouldn’t have left haha. But there is a 24hr grocery store about 5mins down the road and Grab is always available for deliveries. The ATM onsite is a big convenience though.

Overall we had an awesome stay and we’re looking forward to coming back next year.

The environment is great, and there's a huge pool. If you love swimming and peace and quiet, this is the place to stay. The beach is just okay, but it's a private beach so there are hardly any people, which is a plus. However, there are no amenities nearby, and breakfast isn't very varied. Also, the bottled water in the room tasted bad and made me sick after drinking it.

Largeand ccomfortable room, clean and well maintained facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. And the breaksfast was very good! Overall excellent value for money.

Excellent resort for family and solo, such a cool and calm and quiet environment, with birds chirping and the super long swimming pool. Can see sunrise and there are super many shells on the beach shore. Some of the these shells are so beautiful! There are facilities for the children and family bonding. Yet the space of resort is super big and close to beach and far from road, you will find peace in such a resort! Food is delicious especially in the restaurant near the beach.
