I’ve stayed here many many times over the past 20 years. Central location, hotel is a bit dated but functional. Service is good and cleaning staff adequate. There used to be a decent massage on site but haven’t seen it lately! #6 was great!

Pros: Enthusiastic and patient staff, dedicated service, diligent room cleaning. Excellent location by the Han River, very convenient for getting around. Beautiful city view from the windows. Cons: Dirty, cleaning is done but not significantly. Lots of litter everywhere. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are terrible, practically unusable. The bathtub is leaking and rusty, I wouldn't dare use it. Facilities (elevator, refrigerator) are old and outdated; using the elevator is dangerous.

Very unclean place. Highly recommend looking for somewhere else to stay. The room is very dated. Linens are stained, washrooms are very dirty and shower heads are rusted over. The room my friend was staying in had hair and mold growing in the bathtub. Also a cockroach was running on the bed. The room smells like mildew once you walk in. The lobby also smells like mildew. STAY AWAY!!

It's ok kind of budget hotel. Close to lake. Breakfast is good and staff humble. But pillows are so huge that it causes sprain in neck.

When I entered my room, it had a strong odour due to damp patches on the wall. The bathroom also smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom floor is dirty with some crackings nears the toilet. Wouldn't recommend!

The room is very nice and a good size. The hotel staff are friendly. This hotel is a good value for the price.

Not the most pleasant hotel. Upon arrival the bathroom still has used lady sanitary products in the bathroom bin. A good location but that is all. Food buffet not a range I would recommend. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very good location - in the heart of Da Nang City, 10 point for cleanliness, friendly staff and breakfast! The room has a romantic view towards Han River.

Upon entering my room, it was gorgeous and everything I needed were there. That lasted for a short amount of time until I fully inspected the room. First off, the AC was working but it was way too low so it cannot be felt from anywhere in the room. I eventually got it fixed on the second time complaining. Went inside the washroom and the towel on the floor is dirty. As if this has been used by other people before and they never bothered to clean it. I pulled the bedside table out so I can charge my phone. Lets just say the last time they cleaned it was .. never. There was dust and some playing cards from previous guest. I wouldn't call this a 3 star, it's more like 2. I would not recommend.
