This hotel has excellent location, super close to Dragon Bridge for 5-min walking. Also, it was close to Vincom Plaza (big supermarket) for 10-min walking. As I visited during Vietnamese New Year, it was important to stay closer to supermarket!

The room is spacious and it was ok until we experienced itchy after woke up in the next morning. The location is very near to the big night market and Dragon Bridge

Very good location, quiet and peaceful, room facilities in good condition, beside hotel is a grocery store, love the beef noodle behind hotel

Very bad experience. Room wasn't clean when we arrived and we were given a different room than the one we booked. The host was very rude.

Run! I talked to the owner via whatsapp after booking via agoda(couple month before) the day i arrived,
1. no shuttle service as discussed in the chat( i assume its a staff) and tell me to get grab car.
2. When i check in (i arrive around evening) they use google translator to tell me that the system was error, there is fully book....
3. They tell me that they will help to find a room.
They manage to take me somewhere behind the building at some motel.
If you going to do service like this, shut it down.
Ps. Agoda booking still show normal status

Overall a nice stay. Clean, good location and ok AC.
Be aware though that the hotel have two locations, one hotel facing the Han river and one hotel a street behind the first location. So if you expect to stay "at the river" you might actually end up at the other location.

Well-run family hotel business. The host was very helpful.
The accommodation has modern rooms, A/c, clean and comfortable bed.

Huân and his family were wonderful hosts and Benzen Boutique Stays is in a great part of Da Nang. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a great price. I will 100% return again soon and highly recommend this homestay.
