- Good size room, parquet floor, balcony, ocean view - In spite of Covid challenges, the hotel keeps up its basic functioning (excl BF/restaurant) and staff are helpful

Directly opposite one of Vietnam's most beautiful beaches. Value for money in the perfect location. Great size rooms with big bathroom and rain shower. The oceanfront rooms are fabulous with large furnished balconies. Sitting on the balcony with unobstructed ocean and beach views you feel like you're at a tropical resort yet only minutes away from downtown CBD, shopping centers and the heart of Da Nangs bustling restaurant area. The owners are delightful and so helpful and friendly. If you stay 1 night, 1 week or more you won't be disappointed. Understated, modern, convenient and affordable are some of this hotel's best descriptions.

Pretty decent. Hotel was nice, staff understood a little less english than most in Vietnam but it was nice, cheap, the room had a balcony. A 20/30 thousand VND taxi to he centre of town. Its a decent walk from denang centre.

Out of my expectation, the hotel really nice! Although it is little bit far away from city town, the beach facing to hotel is superipr nice , less people and quite, more comforatble!! There is an attractive seafood street nearby. In addition, I do really like the staff, every single simile from them can make you feel warm and the enthusiasm of the Vietnamese. Although some of them are mot well in English, they still try their best to help solving you problem and giving you solutions, the service is really good. There is also the light show everynight, but the weakness of this is little bit noisy at night. There are also various food of the breakfast. All in all, the hotel is excellent with the locations( just for quiet beach, not thr distance for city town),and the high quality of services.

Nice sea view and a really cheap hotel as well, worth the money! Probably the only 3 star hotel that is facing the beach. The live jazz music every night is awesome as well.

on our stay at jazz hotel, we had book a family suits with 2 double beds and sea view but the receptionist said that the room is having some issue so they suggest we get 2 rooms instead. the room that I stayed was a double deluxe, it has sea view too. the electric door lock is not working properly, wee need to tap 1 time, wait for the error to go away and then tap the 2nd time to enter the room. toilet door need to be push real hard to shut it. the view of the room is pretty amazing. overall stay was good.
