Ride to bana hill costed 320k dong while the ride back costed 263k dong (price difference likely due to peak hour?) All in all for the price point, location, staff service, breakfast and spacious room, i will recommend people to choose this hotel

Front desk staffs are very friendly and very happy to give many recommendations on places to go when we asked them. Bell boy also makes the effort to open the door for us everytime whenever he's available

Housekeeping is great, can really feel they clean the floor and pack things nicely. The breakfast everyday is also different so even though we stayed for many days, we did not get bored of the food

The room was said to have a window, but the room with a window was inside a building with no ventilation. The room was very stuffy and the air conditioner was on all night, and I had a sore throat

The location is perfect, just about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. Also, the price for the room was really good, which made the overall experience even better

The room itself is clean, and there's hot water (you just need to let it run for a bit). Shampoo and shower gel are provided. A minor point is that the window view was of another building's wall

I stayed at Roliva Hotel for a week and I would definitely recommend it. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was very quiet, which made my stay really relaxing

There are also a couple of chairs there where you can sit and sunbathe (or work). There's a grocery store nearby, and a shop where you can buy a SIM card is relatively close

I wouldn’t change anything, and genuinely couldn’t find a single fault! Location? Great Breakfast? Small but good range Cool stuff nearby? Check out the cafe to the left of the hotel (looks vibey and serves traditional food) it was outstanding- we ate there twice I loved it that much!

Ask for rooms high up as it can be noisy from traffic in the lover rooms. I paid 40$ extra for the whole week to get higher up. It’s a small hotel so don’t expect a grand boufe but it was good

Short way to the beach and a 3 min Grab tour downtown. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooftop pool has a very good view over the city and mountains in the back

The hotel is run by a Korean and everything is in good order, both the facilities and the services

The only serious problem is a fantastic violation of the basic security rules: the safety boxes in the rooms are not fixed to the wall + every key card has imprinted room number on it!! This is completely unacceptable

Just imagine: you get your card lost/stolen/ etc and they can easily find you hotel and the exact room, get in and take the whole security box with all the money, valuables and passports out in a bag!!!

I stayed here from September 1st to September 4th, 2025. The facilities were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent for the price. I highly recommend staying here.

It was clean, the breakfast was good, it was close to the beach and downtown. The staff was friendly and the surrounding environment was great.

Because it was somewhat cheap, it was nice to be able to enjoy it quite reasonably. Breakfast was of course good too

It’s located at a centralised area with plenty of authentic, delicious and affordable food. Price wise is affordable, service is good and good room space. Hygiene level can be improved further.

I reserved a room to store my luggage because it was a late-night market. It was a short distance from the market, and there was enough space for six men to store their luggage. The staff were friendly.

If you're not interested in the beach like me, I think the location is great. There are delicious restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, etc. around the hotel, so it's very convenient

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Da Nang. This time, I was able to get a double room with a bathtub for a reasonable price of about 2,500 yen per night

I can say this is maybe the best hotel I have stayed in in Da Nang. Everything is clean, room is cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided, and also water

All power goes off, which is totally normal, but the fridge doesn't get below 20° even when the power is on, so if you want a cold drink when you return, you'll have to buy one on the way

All in all, I had a great stay! Breakfast wasn't as bad as people make it out to be, check it out and if it's not for you, there's plenty of other places close by

The plumbing comes down the corner of the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, and it is very loud!! I was woken up a few times at night by toilet flushes

It's a great place to stay for solo travelers. The price range is reasonable, so the small room is fine for one person, but it might be cramped for two. It seems a bit old, and there's mold in the bathroom toilet

We get a nice views from every angles of the apartment. The building has a convenience store on the 3A floor called Beezy Store, opens 24/7. It is very convenience to grab a late night snacks and last minute supplies

The suites are truly luxurious and very comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with stunning views — the ocean on one side and the city on the other, which was absolutely beautiful both day and night

The view fm breakfast place is beautiful , make more soothing with great choice of music playing. I will definitely make Tis my choice of hotel should I be back if the mattress is firm enough for my back

I stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center and only 3 minutes on foot to delicious local spots serving banh cuon and mi quang

The air conditioning is not very good due to lack of dehumidification, but it was acceptable. It took 3-5 minutes for hot water to come out of the shower, and the temperature was not stable

Given the size of the room, the convenient location, the lovely ambiance, and the attentive service, the price is almost too good to be true

It might just be my own sensitivity, as I haven’t seen others mention it in their reviews, but I do think some additional sanitizing of the bed area (especially the parts you don’t see) would give even more peace of mind

The only downside I experienced was that I got bitten by insects a few times while sleeping. The sheets were changed regularly and the room felt clean, so I didn’t get the impression that anything was unclean

After we quickly left our first hotel due to state of the place, we set about finding a new hotel. A quick search brought up M92. Off we trotted to look around before booking so we were not caught out again

The staff were really helpful and showed us around a few rooms and the wider hotel. It was clean, tidy and generally really nice. We quickly booked a family room and were not disappointed

Due to our length of staff we were moved to a different room but upgraded to a suite. Location was great, close to the beach and had shops and other facilities within the surrounding streets

Because the kids wanted a bathtub, we booked the Executive Suites and the King Room. The rooms were exactly as advertised: spacious, bright, and clean. The King Room has a good city view
