One of the good features of this hotel is a nicely decorated and comfortably furnished lobby area, for waiting or just relaxing

The wall pieces enhance the overall environment of the area, and they are cool things to look at and take pictures of. Also it is a good meeting place, either for delivery or reception

Great Hotel with spacious rooms, good breakfast and really friendly staff. A bit far from the city center but therefore a great view over the city and directly at the river.

Their breakfast was the best ever among the few hotels that we stayed at in DaNang. Their staff in the restaurant are very helpful and show the hospitality with smile gestures at all times

I do agree that the room is outdated, however, the beds are very comfortable and it outweighs their location being just located in front of the waterfront and market beside it

Only take 5 minutes from beach not to far, room is quiet good for relaxing, fantastic, staff is friendly and answer all my questions need about place for visitors and fun stuff for child and adults

My favorite hotel of the trip! It was super affordable, but I didn't expect the environment to be so nice as well. The room was also very large and quiet at night

I stayed in room 703 for family, the room is spacious with 2 large beds so it was very comfortable to sleep, close to the beach and the city center. Quite quiet. Close to restaurants. I had a great vacation.

I find everything here great from the space, the view from the window, the staff to the food and the surrounding facilities. Very suitable for vacations and entertainment

Everything was great, apart from the price! The room was cleaned twice a day, the staff were all very welcoming, and the breakfast was exquisite. The spa was so comfortable that I fell asleep every time

When planning my vacation to Da Nang, I extensively compared several beachfront resorts before ultimately choosing TIA, and I'm so glad I did—it was the best decision! The hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach with fantastic views

It’s less than a 10-minute walk to My Khe Beach, which was perfect. The room was clean, and the beds (we had two single beds) were very comfortable — I had a great night’s sleep throughout my stay

The stuff were very friendly and helpful. They speak English. The room was new,  nice and clean.

At checkout they send someone to check your room incase you’ve left a mark on one of their towels! They then tried to insinuate that we had taken 2 robes from the room… which were never there! This left a really sour taste and was a seriously disappointing end to our stay

Firstly the balcony doors are not double glazed so you hear all the noise from the street even on the upper floors… the balcony has a large plant in it and huge cement posts blocking the view so it is not somewhere you would want to sit

I have noted that other guests have made similar comments about being accused of leaving towels stained! The management need to look into their “policies” and how they are treating their paying customers!

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Han Market, and within walking distance to other attractions. The front desk staff speaks Chinese and is very welcoming and helpful

Good price point given the location and proximity to the airport. I deliberately chose a hotel which is not in front of the beach because I wanted to have easy access to the local market and local spots downtown

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with ample space to lay out your luggage on the floor without blocking the walkways. Service was good, I checked into and out of the hotel with no issues

The hotel's location on the west side of the city, near the airport, is fantastic. Since the city isn't very large, it was super convenient to get around using Grab or driving to the beach

My only minor complaint is that the hotel doesn't offer EV charging, even for a fee, which made renting an electric car for exploring quite inconvenient

Overall it's good. The location is excellent. It's less than 10 minutes' walk to the beach. The staff are very nice. Some of them can speak Chinese. Overall, I would give it 8 out of 10. Full marks for the staff

The service of the hotel is pretty good. The location is only a few hundred meters away from the beach. The room can see the sea view, which is very nice.

Clean room, staff, everything excellent

It is convenient as there are many convenient facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The facilities are clean and well maintained. However, it is a pity that I lost my personal razor and cannot find it.

It was quiet outside at night, but you could hear the children of the hotel neighbors a little, but it doesn't bother me 😁 The room is clean. The staff is friendly and generally good

The places is clean and spacious. Toilet and shower are not separated so it will get wet. However it's like this in most vn cheaper hostels anyway. There are a few good restaurants nearby and is very close to the beach

I was impressed by the friendly staff. This is a good value hotel. There were many local restaurants nearby and it was close to the beach, so it was nice to go for a walk.

I really like the romantic atmosphere at Dylan Hotel Danang. I have been coming to this hotel about a year ago. And after I came back recently, things were even better than before

The room smelled moldy, but other than that it was fine. There were restaurants and small marts nearby, so it was easy to find food and shopping. However, there were too many massage parlors.

This hotel has a great location close to the beach and is a great budget travel option. There are places to hire bikes very close by

Facilities The hotel has 19 floors, and the 19th floor is where you’ll find all the fun: Gym – One of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen in Vietnam. Great range of machines and equipment, clean, and a good size

We have stayed here twice and will be staying for the third time shortly. Love the staff love the size of rooms. Breakfast has been some of the best hotel breakfast in Vietnam

Rooms We spent most of our stay in the Level 8 King Deluxe City View room. The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. It had a massive king-size bed, good air-conditioning, and a nice city view

Overall Experience Our two-week stay was comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent, and both rooms we stayed in were clean and high-quality

I think it's a place that accepts group travelers. It’s really good value for money On the last day of my departure, I took a shower and rested for a while, but it was so good that I didn't want to just leave.

The view from the room was amazing. The price wasn't too expensive. You can also ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. There were lots of restaurants nearby.

Staffs are friendly. The rooms are affordable. The pool is nice, with a nice view, has hot water in the shower, provide free water, instant coffee, washing service for 30vnd/1kg. The hotel is at a good location too.

I could see the cleaning staff doing a good job in the morning, but within an hour of people waking up, both these areas would get dirty, very quickly. Also the pool was under construction, never open

Staff was very friendly and they also spoke English so a plus for me. They rent scooters and at a cheap price! Definitely would stay there again if we go back to da nang

There are some long term residents that are sharing these spaces, which leads to some problems with cleanliness and rules. When I stepped out of the elevator, there was someone right there, smoking a cigarette

The dorm isn't great, but not horrible. The room itself is fine, but the bathroom and common area are quite bad

Mostly Korean people stayed there. ‘Coz of that buffet was more asian and korean. /which is good for asians/ Hotel location was very near to the beach. The view from the window was not perfect but it is okay

Rooms clean, comfortable with good AC and serviced daily We walked to the Beach, Han Market, Love Pier, Son Tra Market and Golden Bridge from this hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby too

We had a fairly good experience there despite of some minor issues. The hotel is near the My Khe beach (400m). They can help you to register some potential tour to Ba Na Hills, Hoi An. with reasonable price as well

Good location! Bell boy service was really good, very enthusiastic guy. But didn’t like that the lift was very stuffy, lift lobby at our floor was not air conditioned. TV cable was not working, not a smart TV either

The room was incredibly spacious, and the surroundings were very quiet. We had our own private plunge pool, and the ocean was just a few steps away with crystal clear water

Every day, hiking on the tea mountain and watching the monkeys was a lot of fun. The hotel service was excellent; on our last day, they even provided a complimentary airport transfer

Free airport shuttle available which we used at the end and was great. The spa was wonderful and well priced. I highly recommend the hot stone massage, it was the best I have ever had and so relaxing
