Very clean and comfortable rooms. Awful wifi though, despite having a router on each floor. Water got hot, but didn’t have great pressure.
Did not love the single use water bottles and soaps, but it seems like this is the norm in Vietnam. Would have preferred a water refill station.
Decent location, near shops and touristic restaurants.
Nice, attentive staff.
The laundry wash and dry service is quick but expensive at 50k($2)/kg. You can find a rapid service for half that price at 25k($1)/kg within a 5 minute walk.
Did not try the spa, but others in my group did and they enjoyed it.

The place wouldn’t except our agoda booking and told us that we had to book again and they then gave us a room for the same price with no air conditioning that was used by someone else. Then they said that they cleaned it and there was still garbage everywhere and dirty everything. Do not stay here would not recommend

I stayed here as part of a tour, and couldn’t wait to leave this hotel. My first room stunk of mold, and I asked to be moved at reception. I was moved to another room, which was also mouldy but not as bad. A couple from my tour was also given the first room, and they asked to be moved too. Later, I discovered there was ants in the bed and in the sink in the room. When I informed the reception staff of this at checkout, they said they knew. Nothing was done about this. In addition to the room, their Trip Advisor listing is very misleading, as many of the listed amenities simply don’t exist. Breakfast, meeting rooms, a coffee shop, currency exchange, a gift shop. None of those things are at this hotel. The spa, does exist, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. A few people from my group got massages, including myself. At the conclusion of the massage, the masseuse asked for a tip, which I gave her ₫50,000. She demanded ₫100,000. I felt very uncomfortable during this exchange. Overall, I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel.

The experience that's I had with this hotel was actually fairly nice, the counter service was very nice, She's let us in and take a tour of the room before booking it to our liking, even though the TV was small, it was good still.
The best part about this place is the location,
It located in the middle of like the tourist hot spot, from night to midnight you can hear wonderful music down the road if you open the window.
Also the price was very reasonable for the room size and view and the location
Definitely would come back here again in the future

Location is good but the room service is very bad. They didn't clean it carefully before new checkin. I rent 5 rooms for family and 2 of them got dirty. There were a lot of ans in the bed and some toilet paper under the pilow.
Wifi is also not working all the time.

I would highly recommend this hotel. They charge a very affordable price for the services offered and it was by far the cleanest hotel I stayed at during my trip to Vietnam. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and willing to organize tours to historical points of interest. The hotel itself is newly renovated with ornate tile flooring, a nice walk in shower, modern sink, large closet, desk, tv, and small refrigerator. The rooms are air conditioned, clean, and neatly decorated. The hotel location is great for tourists since it's walking distance to outstanding restaurants and shopping.
