I highly recommend this hotel to anyone for whom location is important, as it is just a 3-minute walk from the Perfume River, and everything is within easy walking distance. We are returning guests.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. During our second stay, we had a small issue (through no fault of their own), which they resolved immediately after we reported it, at no extra cost. We would like to thank them once again for making our stay in Hue so pleasant.

DMZ hotel is really nice

My uncle Mr Frederic recommand me this hotel and he was right
Service is perfect + employees speak really well English and the hotel is really near the center
Special thanks to the lady who welcome us and my friend Rebecca will come back here if we go back to Hue

😘IF you want a Hotel with personal touch , this may be it. The staff Loan was super friendly. I was there during raining season and with the storm approaching, she give helpful advice and insight to where i should tour in Hue City. Even after leaving Hue to Hoi An , she still FB message me to ensure that i arrive safely at my destination. Hotel location is good as Hue City night walking street is just around the corner. Do try out the local Pho stall (very nice) and coffee stall just beside the hotel, Eat and drink like a local.

Good hotel for a night or two. Might need some more trash cans and more confortable ladders for the bunk beds. Trinh (receptionist) is a sweetheart and really helpful!!

Very nice hotel, good location. Rooms regularly serviced.
Staff are pleasant and helpful; and have arranged for my bus transport (pick-up at hotel).
Meals available close by.

Simple accommodation on a budget. Good for those just passing through or spending a short time in the area. The sister-restauarant down the road also offers a good mix of western and local foods at good prices.

With agency of this hostel we bought a tour to DMZ and tickets to Phong nha without back in Hue. First, bus tickets was more expensive that from Hue in the others agency. And second, they told us that we will have to wait for the bus for 3 hours in the restaurant on the way. Ok, we thought it's better than loose the time to do return. Finally we were waiting almost five hours!!! They lied to us! Why they didn't say before, we would change our plans and do something more interesting than pay money for this agency.

Arrived with booking with air BnB and they had no room so we got sent to their hostel instead for same price. Room has mould all over, noisy (as we were next to road) TV didn't work.

My room sheets had ants on them. Door that leads to baclony cannot be locked and there are windows that leave to the staircase. This is a security issue as anyone with a balcony room can be easily broke into from the staircase.
