We had 7 wonderful days at the Huė River Side Villa! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and took excellent care of our needs. The river view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The entire house was very clean. We felt completely at home and would like to say a heartfelt thank you.

The owner was exceptionally welcoming, and every member of staff was genuinely warm and friendly. If you had more stars they would get them all!! We had a wonderful stay, the hotel was beautiful clean and modern, the location was perfect and the staff were so helpful, happy and made the stay kne of our best holiday experiences.

The room was clean, stylish and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable too. We had breakfast each day at the hotel as well as some snacks and the food was always amazing. As if that wasn’t enough, all of the staff at the hotel were incredibly engaging, friendly and helpful. We would come back to Hue again just to stay here

We loved Hotel La Perle and would stay here again in an instant. It is conveniently located, very close to Hue walking street, but it's far away enough to be quiet and peaceful. This has been our favourite accomodation to date. Staff have been amazing. We arrived earlier than expected from an overnight bus (ie 4.30am!!) and we were able to drop off our bags before wandering around the city of Hue as it woke up. Staff was great and accommodating. I loved the location, easy to walk to resturants and shops and you can get a Grab easily. I also liked having an AC and fan opinion since during my visit in Dec. 2025 the fan was enough. I stayed 2 nights.

The hotel is bigger than looking from outside. My room is beyond my expectation after spending two nights in another hotel on the same street. Room looks new. The bed is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Hotel has a lift so no problem with 4th floor. Very satisfied with stay.

We arrived very early in the morning and were expecting to wait many hours before being able to check in. We were 10 people and had booked 5 rooms. The owner was very hospitable. The accommodation does not have an elevator and as much help as the owner offered we had to carry the luggage up to the 3rd floor. Also, the accommodation is located on a small pedestrian street and you will have to carry your luggage from the main road there. Our room was clean and spacious and the price was affordable. The host was kind enough to let us drop off our stuff before and after check out and even shower after we’d checked out.

It rained continuously and the room was very damp, there were bugs, and it was cold and gloomy. The old man at the front desk didn't speak English. When I checked out, he asked me to pay the room fee. I said I had paid online but he still wouldn't let me go and wanted to take photos...

We just used the luggage storage service (we did not stay in this hotel) and everything went smooth. Bags are stored in a room at the opposite end of the entrance. Everything for a fair price: 250k for 2 bags for a full day. The guy was also really nice. Can recommend!

Hotel was okay, nothing special. The location was good for the Citadel and bars. But our beds were damp when we went to sleep. This made it quite difficult to sleep - not great for a hotel!

Great hotel, well priced, clean. Really friendly owner and very helpfully. Good English speaking. He helped my girlfriend find a shop to fix her wet iphone. He showed the phone shop on the map then once there we called him and he translated all to the shop owner. We got the phone back within a few hours. Great location to visit Hue, near historic part, bars and restaurants.

Happy! I felt comfortable here. Felt like homestay but with privacy. Spacious room, really large. Friendly staff, always nice faces. Good location, close to but not on the main tourist street. Cheap price, compared to other hotels. Will come again, even if it rains.

Overall, the room was okay, but the laundry service was terrible. They didn't iron, and my white shirts were stained with color. When I complained, they replied, "We don't do laundry," which is completely irresponsible.

The woman that runs this place is a breath of fresh air! She is such a welcoming host! She even gave us her own fan when the air conditioner didn't work saying she was cold anyway! Rooms are spacious and the beds are soft! Blankets and sheets were clean! We even had a bathtub! Location is perfect! About 5 minutes to the pub street but that distance drowns out the noise.
