Emperor Cruises Legacy Halong in Halong

If I could give it a zero I would! Not at all what they sold us. Don't even know where to start. 1) Not a 4 star at all.
2) A/C is only available when boat is not moving. So if on a two day one night cruise it doesn't come on the first day until 5:45pm
3) Whatever you do don't eat the seafood. Tell them you don't eat seafood! Actually bring your food with you! Not kidding! Oh seriously I'm not even making that up
4) You will be shocked at the condition of the boat
5) The crew tries but they don't have much to work with
6) Look at the cruises carefully!!!
7) oh don't drink anything but the water
8) The pit stop half way is a tourist trap
9) The crew and tour guide expect a tip and leave envelopes on the table for you.
10) Our shower leaked and didn't drain. In the first cabin they gave us the shower door didn't even close.
11) It's a four (4) hour bus ride each way!
12) Ha Long bay is beautiful---make sure you get up for the sunrise!
13) It's very hot and the tour guide goes pretty fast---he's in a dead run! Drink your water!
14) We did make some new friends so that was great!
15) Windows in the cabin wouldn't lock.
16) Pearl farm tourist trap but interesting.
