The hotel rooms are decent, the location is convenient, and the breakfast selection isn't extensive. If you're on a budget and want something economical, this is a good option.

Location of hotel is good if you’re staying in ha long bay for a cruise as it’s close to the terminals. But there’s not much to do on that side of ha long. The rooms were clean and modern. Bathroom was nice but the bath tub was pointless and water went everywhere. Potential hazard from slipping. The shower head drops from the ceiling and the size was too big for the size of the tub. Water splashes all over the walls and curtain.
They provide shampoo and shower gel no conditioner.
Staff are friendly which is great.
Just be mindful during the evenings there’s people that hangout the front of the building trying to offer you sex workers. I was asked 3 times in 5 minutes from 3 different people. I notified reception.

Clean, comfortable room, great bay view. Friendly, professional staff, especially the enthusiastic reception staff. Delicious breakfast, many choices. Great service, will definitely come back! I will recommend to friends and relatives

Not a great experience. The air conditioning is fixed at 24°C and can't be adjusted, even though there's a controller in the room — which makes no sense. It was uncomfortable at night, especially in warm weather. Also, for a hotel that claims to cater to international guests, it was surprising and a bit frustrating that there were no English-speaking staff available. Communication was a real challenge. These are basic expectations for an international hotel and really need improvement.

We stayed at this hotel on 27th of Sanoai to 28th of January 2025. In room 1502 and 1504.”,we had a problem with the room temperature which was very hot, it wa 30 degrees Celsius and when we complained to the hotel staff we got an unreasonable answer because according to him the temperature could only be adjusted for each floor of the room, so there were other room occupants who wanted the temperature to be 30 degrees, the hotel staff's explanation was very unreasonable, because each room had its own AC controller but according to the hotel staff's explanation, all rooms must follow the same setting on the same floor. Very Very Bad Experience

Good hotel with a spacious room. The breakfast was good. Stayed here along with other groups from other tours, seemed like a popular choice.
The area is pretty empty, I need to walk for some time to find a convenience store.

I'm also someone who goes to many resorts, but in my opinion, the resort is equivalent to 5-star quality. Because the house has children, it is necessary to have a swimming pool and a bathtub, which all hotels have. Rooms are clean, service attitude is very professional. On the day I checked out, I even took the opportunity to go out so my wife could check out. When I got home, the customer called to ask if I had forgotten anything, only to realize that I had forgotten money in the safe. Thank you very much for ensuring your guests have a perfect vacation
