My experience at Royal Hạ Long was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the Receptions made me feel at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was remarkable, from the elegant decor to the spotless cleanliness.
The room was not only comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from the window was breathtaking.
The service was impeccable, and the staff’s genuine care and professionalism truly set this hotel apart.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional experience. Thank you for making my trip so memorable—I look forward to coming back soon!

It was very quiet here during our stay but the staff were friendly even though there wasn’t much to do here

Pros: Professional staff, large and clean room with all expected necessities, excellent view to the bay
Cons: TV not up to a 5-star hotel, quite noisy until midnight due to the rave music from the beach.

This is an older hotel, but the rooms and facilities are well-maintained. The Chinese staff are easy to communicate with, and the breakfast is decent. **Food used to be free, but now it's not, you have to pay.
This is a bit exaggerated. You might consider another Wynwood restaurant, where you can get drinks and a fruit plate. Great!

This is a hotel with a great view of Halong Bay.
It is a 5-star hotel, and has ***.
The indoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor and the gym are also very good to use.
It is a little far from the city center, but it is within walking distance.

The first stop in Vietnam, very good. First of all, the front desk guy (Xin) communicates smoothly in Chinese, and he is very nice and enthusiastic! Second, the hotel is non-smoking, which is very friendly to young ladies traveling with children or those who don't like the smell of smoke. Third, the internal facilities of the hotel are reasonably set up, and the supporting facilities have Chinese prompts! The room layout is comfortable! I will consider Royal Halong Hotel next time!
