Beautiful location in Halong Bay . One can see the sea from the room. Also we could see the ropeway running between the nearby island and the mainland from the room. The international marine terminal is just a few minutes away. Rooms are spacious and excellent with all amenities like hot tub, electric kettle, tea/coffee etc. There are swimming pool, spa, Gym and many facilities. There is conference facility available with a big conference hall. Workers are very cooperative and nice . Food in the restaurant as well as in buffet breakfast are very tasty and good. We had an enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic at Ha Long Plaza during my trip to Ha Long. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the bay. The staff were increddibly friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. If you’re visitting Ha Long, I highly recommend Ha Long Plaza for a comfortable and memorable experience.

The hotel needs to update the bathroom’s shower doors, the floors by toilet is leaking water, older wooden furnitures making noise s when we are used it. It’s very economical uses of electricity conservation. The food is very good buffet breakfast with many choices.

This is the second time I chose this hotel. The infrastructures remain the same. Which is really good despite its establishment date. The breakfast was also great. The receptionists also remembered me from my last trip. Special thanks to Duc at Front Desk for his assistance during my stay at Hotel.
