Ocean Dragon Hotel in Halong

The hotel service was very good and attentive, but the staff's attitude wasn't the best. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful, with all the necessary amenities, and room service was quite good. The downsides were the poor soundproofing; I could still hear children running and playing in the hallway at night. Some of the room's furnishings were old and missing, but they hadn't been replaced yet.

The hotel is very nice, the sheets and pillows are clean. The reception staff is enthusiastic. Worth the money I spent, the high floor can see the sea. The restaurant on the 12th floor can see the whole view.
The single double room is a bit small. The only inconvenience is that the door lock has a card, for example, 2 people, 1 person is in the room. 1 person comes home late and puts the phone on do not disturb mode and turns off silent mode and falls asleep, so they probably won't be able to call. But when entering the room, I have to call the receptionist to open it for me, but everything else is very ok. 3-star hotel but the service quality is better than 3-star, equal to some 4-star hotels in the same area.

April 30, my family booked a room here. I vote for 5 star hotel. New, clean room, very chill sea view, pillows, quality room furniture like the 5 star hotel before I stayed in Phu Quoc. What I like most is the enthusiastic, friendly staff like family. Plus points: spacious parking space 👍

The room is spacious, new, nice view, reasonable price. The best result View the restaurant directly overlooking the sea. The parking lot is super big and convenient right in front of the door. The support staff is very enthusiastic and reputable... Overall 10/10

3-star hotel but the quality of the room must be rated 5 stars fully including bathrobes to check in luxury in the room. The hotel is new, so the equipment is still new and clean. Conveniently close to places to eat, travel.
