Very nice people! They helped us to book a tour and were super friendly and supportive. The room was very nice and clean. The location was good too. I would always come back!

The hotel has good location and good service as well. They offer discounted ticket to Glass Bridge. Do enquire with them before booking online. The rooms are comfortable and there is an Indian Restaurant nearby (around 600 meters from hotel). I recommend this hotel to other travelers as well.

Came to check in at 1 am after booking at 7p.m. The guy behind the desk said nothing other than google translating - “you’re so stupid”. This was strange, other guy behind the desk at another time was very nice though.

Slightly mouldy room but good value and decent room.

Hotel near the market and the bus stop coming from Hanoi. It is a bit far from the center of the village which can be reached in 15 minutes walk. The structure is tidy and clean.

The conversation wasn't going well, so I canceled the 1-night stay and the 2-night stay.

1. We visited this hotel only because we arrived 4 h earlier than expected. They Check in us at 3 AM and during conversation with the owner/ menager and agreed for prize 250 000 vnd with stay till 12:00, next day when we wanted to check out prize from nowhere went to 300 000 vnd.
2. Rooms look like they surrender for long time, everywhere (on the floor, bed ) was wet
3. Air conditioning/ heater not working
4. The room is very cold. During the night you can freeze
5. Bathroom don't have hot water and is everything broken.
6. Everything very dirty

1 min walk from the main bus station. Excellent for those arriving at slippers.
The reception guy waited for us (sleeping at the reception) and give us a key right away (we got the around 2.30am).

Breakfast not included as booking says.
The room was 4/5 clean.

This hotel is very convenient because it is very close to the station, but the air conditioner in the room needs to be turned on at the counter.

There was no air-conditioning on the first day of sleep, and all the mosquitoes came in with the windows open.
The upstairs tenant entered the room in the middle of the night on the second day. A few minutes later, the water leaked at about 1:10, and it dripped directly on the quilt. I used two bath towels to absorb water. no one.

Guaranteed to get up at 6 in the morning, the sound of horns on the side of the road.

We stayed one night, the bed was not clean and there were termites everywhere in the bathroom. The only reason we stayed was because we arrived late in Sapa. The only redeeming factor was the receptionist was nice. Would avoid

The only thing good about here was that the staff was nice. Other than that, my stay here was not pleasant at all. First, the hotel did not have soap at all for some reason ??? We were told we had to buy our own soap down the road. Second, the hot water was not working and when we inquired about it, they said they had turned it off. When they turned it back on, it was only for a timed duration— barely enough time for 2 people to shower. Third, the rooms were really dirty. There were things left over from previous guests and the sheets did not seem clean. I found some hairs and there were stains. Please do not book here.
