As another reviewer mentioned earlier, this place is still very much a construction site as of January 2026. There is constant drilling noise throughout the hotel, which is extremely disruptive and causes headaches. It forced us to leave the hotel during the day and return only at night. What made the experience even worse was that the hotel did not inform us about the ongoing construction in advance, which made us feel cheated, especially after paying a premium price for such a terrible experience. If you value peace and quiet, it is best to choose another hotel for now and consider this one only after the construction is fully completed.

All the Saunas were turned off when we arrived, had to pay more to use the baths. The saunas and hot tubs are separated into each changing room for each sex so it’s awful if your with your partner, tiktok sold us a lie

Best choice if you want to stay in heart of Sapa city, it locate in center. It's nearby Sapa plaze, so you can visit Fansipan Mountain easily. Staff are friendly and helpful, they make our stay pleasure.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was extensive and varied.
The hotel has been a construction site for a few days as it undergoes much-needed renovations. The spa, fitness center, and wellness area are closed. Even worse: there was construction noise on all three days, and changing rooms didn't provide much peace and quiet. A complete disappointment for our three-day stay.

Great hotel at a great price. The rooms are well kept and spacious. The view from the balcony is just an added bonus. Just a two minute walk down takes you to the city center. Food too was really good. Highly recommend.

Victoria Hotel is located in the heart of Sapa, very convenient to go anywhere, very clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff. The price is also very good, the morning buffet is very good. The dinner selection is also delicious and affordable, with hygiene, food safety and taste to suit everyone. In my opinion, you shouldn't eat out, but eat at the hotel overnight, there is a lot of delicious yeast there. Everyone is happy and will return here if there is an opportunity to come to Sapa to relax.

The best hotel in this town. There is a swimming pool and spa. Excellent restaurant with a selection of local and European dishes. I recommend it for lovers of serenity 🏯

Ive stayed at several hotels in Sapa and Victoria is , to me, 3 star standard. Room is small, dark and No view at all to valley or mountain. Staffs , some were friendly and some were there just to do their job. I noticed that when checkin out, guests - foreiners recieved evaluation form and asked for giving feedback of their stay in hotel. Im- Vietnamese and recieced none and not even being asked how my stay was. For the money spent for room in here, you can have better options!

Hotel is under construction or something because it was VERY noisy. They were remodeling next to my room at 318. So had to speak two manager before they stop the noise.
After stopping they went and bother another area of the hotel which my friends were staying at. So seriously, get your construction/remodeling plan under control. DON'T remodel next to the room that people are sleeping. You could have easily just put me in some where that is quite and i would have been happy.
Hotel looks nice and the rooms are decent. Heater doesn't work well in our room.
They were nice to address all my problems. so i am changing my 1 star to 5 star
