The room is dirty, dusty, and you can hear everything very well (Window into the hallway (The icing on the cake - a huge cockroach crawled out😭

For the price, it's much better than I expected. It's clean, but some of the furniture is tired. The bathroom has a working water heater and looks renovated.

If you have a higher budget, you might want to consider alternative options, but if you're on a tight budget, this hotel will be comfortable.

An excellent, very affordable hotel. I especially liked the staff, the guys at reception. I've never met more helpful people. The location is simply perfect—everything is walking distance: the market, the madhouse, the opera. And the lake. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. I chose a room with a window, and I have two. There are rooms without windows, so you can choose in advance if you need one. I'll be back!

Excellent hotel, close to the night market, the madhouse, and the Golden Buddha, about 5 km away. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They tried to help with any questions we had. Everything was very comfortable, and we were very pleased with our stay.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received at this hotel. Nothing fancy. No fridge, no aircon but had a fan which was sufficient. The bed was too firm for me but didn’t stop me from sleeping. Front office was so helpful, in fact amazing for all that he did for me. Really lovely person. I wish them all the best. They deserve it.

A good hotel with an individual friendly approach to guests. They helped us rent a motorbike, treated us to a couple of cans of cola and helped us in every possible way with all our questions.

According to the room information at the time of booking during the consultation, the room is 25m2, but the room we were allocated is small (around 18m2) compared to the advertised figure. The receptionist told us 'go and measure the dimensions of the room' after our reflection...
Either this is a misallocation of the room or it is false advertising, but since the ********** site did not mention the room details, it It is impossible to assert what is right. The room is so small that there is not a 'small wardrobe' to put clothes in....In short we feel ripped off, for the future it will be 'never again' in this establishment.
Take screenshots when booking hotel rooms, that's what we're going to do from today on...

Walking distance to the central and the market. Lovely hotel, very convenient, comfy soft bed. Room is cheap. They have elevator as well. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, they can recommend you good food place. The only note is hotel located in the small alley.
