The male staff at the door and in the lobby were great, but the female staff at the counter seemed reluctant to answer questions. We had three rooms, and everyone was confused about the drinking water. We ended up drinking the chargeable water instead of the free one. They should really reconsider that policy.

“There is a very strong, foul smell, similar to a decomposing corpse, in the lobby. I didn’t notice it until after I put my bags in the room and came back down. I asked the reception staff about it, and they said there was no smell.”

The location is great, very close to the center of Da Lat, making it convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The facilities are a bit old, but everything is clean, so I had a comfortable stay.
