Moldy and they gave us a scary room in the stairwell. We left 10 mins after checkin lol

Great location right in the center of Da Lat, just a short walk to the night market. Clean and spacious room.

The room was freezing cold and very damp. On top of that, it was filled with small insects everywhere. Besides that there wasn’t hot water in the bath. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check-in in the evening, I think the receptionist who is a lady does not like her job or she behave like being forcing to help hotel's guests.
Hotel has no lift, no one help bring luggage up floor, smelling room, toilet does not flush, not clean bed - even has old yellow spot on bed sheet, windows look into another wall, in the early morning - it is good location, however it is not in working time and tourist time due to small road - next to cross road. Strongly not recommend this hotel.
Main issue, small parking slot for 2 3 cars outside with more 3 cars in the garage which share the same taxi out, it is become inconvenience to have travel in the early morning.
The boy in the early morning can park the car ready for early leaves, he show appreciated, helpful, friendly, this boy should be the sample for other receptionist.

Very good value for money. Our room was incredibly spacious, had a well equipped bathroom and comfy beds. We had a problem with our window when we moved into the room and the staff fixed it straight away, no problem was too much trouble, they were always happy to help. Check in and check out were easy. It is about a 10 minute walk to the night market from the hotel, so not too far away. There are restaurants and shops nearby the hotel too
