H79 Hotel in Ho Chi Minh

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! We checked into this hotel because it was close to the airport and just needed a two-night stay. Everyone was very welcoming and smiling at first, but the room turned out to be a bit of a letdown: everything didn't work properly (all the door handles, the toilet flush barely held together, and the bathroom door wouldn't close), it was dirty, they didn't clean it at all, the panoramic windows had no view (everything was dirty), the room had no hairdryer, no towels, no cups (only shot glasses), no kettle, only sealed toothbrushes, and everything else was broken open. We turned a blind eye to this because it was cheap, which was what we expected. The room contained four bottles of water and two packages of noodles. Nowhere was it mentioned that this was a fee (we weren't warned upon check-in, there was no information at the counter, and there was no warning in the room that the minibar was a fee). BUT, of course, when we checked out, they demanded money from us. We spent a long time trying to figure it out, and the person at the reception desk started yelling at us, asking why we hadn't asked (EVEN THOUGH everything in our room was unlisted; we didn't buy it downstairs, where it was paid). We were told to pay 85,000 dong for four bottles of water and one pack of noodles (just so you know, water costs 3,300 dong in the store, 9,000 dong in restaurants). We eventually decided to buy everything at the store, but today is TET, everything is closed. I approached a local resident, asked for help, and she also confirmed that I was being scammed, tried to help me find a place to buy the items I needed, but nothing happened. I found the only place open, where I bought water for 9,000 dong and paid an extra 25,000 dong for noodles at the hotel. My mood is ruined, I'm completely nervous, I highly do not recommend this hotel, I feel zero safety.

I specifically booked a room with a panoramic view and paid more. Look at the photo to see what the "panoramic view" actually looks like – a small, dirty, barred window overlooking the rooftops. The closet hasn't been cleaned and was heavily dusted. There are cups and a small teapot, but no electric kettle. Water is extra. The room was infested with ants; I had to remove them from myself after leaving the hotel, at the airport, on the plane, and even upon landing in Indonesia! It doesn't match the photos. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. On the plus side, there were plenty of outlets in the room.
