Simple, great central location. Easy to walk around from. Only stayed a night whilst travelling through, but was quiet as well.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, near Ben Thanh Market, a popular spot for tourists. However, the ambience of the hotel leaves much to be desired. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and found that the lack of soundproofing was a significant issue. You can hear noise from both the street and the guests in the rooms above. Every movement is loud and clear, making for a less than peaceful experience.

The reception reeked, there was zero soundproofing, the sink and toilet were incredibly dirty, and the water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, so I had to shower with cold water. Everything was old and run-down, and the bed linen was filthy! We were extremely dissatisfied, but thankfully we only stayed one night. Plus, there was a ******* at the reception. 🤢

Every staff there I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Location is superb, going everywhere from there is easy and near. Minimart were conveniently situated right beside the hotel.

Only one downside is the high level of noise from the restaurant or building next door. I strongly recommend choosing a room away from the street area.
