The person of lobby is kind
Always with smile and willing to serve
old hotel, location is perfect... price is not expensive...
Good service and reasonable price. Advantages are good location not far from points of interest (restaurants, markets, malls, sea) in European quarter; everyday changing bed linen and towels; attentive and helpful staff.
Disadvantages are standard room without window, noisy in the morning due to bad sound insulation of rooms and typical Vietnamese life; sometimes bad smell of canalisation in the bathroom.

So glad we only booked one night! The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets didn't look clean. There was a bad odor which was probably due to the mold in the bathroom. The large shower head was covered in mold. The TV was a small flat screen but the picture was really bad. We just felt dirty after staying there, would not recommend this hotel.
Great service, rooms are nice. Close to mall, beach, and alot of restaurants nearby.
