Best Hotels in Nha Trang

There was a billiard table, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pool, etc. The spa facilities were of high quality. The breakfast was good and has a good variety, however I don't think the taste of everything was the best

This hotel features a wide range of room types across its four buildings, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and villas. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment

However, as a whole this resort gives you so much so this isn't a big deal to not stay there. The staff were helpful with everything and helped with a late check out too as my flight was in the afternoon

For example, the desserts tasted like nothing or had no sugar in it. A few western options in terms of bacon, eggs, pasta, croissants, bread and fruit

We had originally booked for one week, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we spontaneously extended it for another week

Vuong from the hotel's fitness center were incredibly kind and helpful; they played pickleball with us every day

We stayed at this hotel 3 days with kids. It is appropriate for staying with kids. The location is the best, the staffs are so kind, especially, Annie and Dung are awesome

Very nice hotel with very good service. Located near with famous beach club. There has many different types of meats on breakfast if you like meats

I’ve arrived as early as 5am, understand that checking-in is almost impossible at that time, but at least a nice welcoming gesture from the night-shifter receptionist would be great and lift off the tiredness of backpacking

if someone wants to see the view from the roof is no problem to go up there by Elevator only on the right side of the hotel. in the main lobby elevators only go up to 19th floor

It’s very very far from city city. It’s nice if you prefer a quiet neighborhood.

If the hotel could provide cleaner, fresh-smelling linens and towels, it would be perfect and I would definitely come back. Considering the price booked through Trip, it was acceptable overall

We stayed at the hotel for three nights with our little daughter. The access is good for strollers, and the elevator goes to all the necessary floors. You have to climb a separate staircase to get to the pool

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the room was neat with a nice view. However, the bed sheets and towels were not very clean or fresh-smelling

Plus, if you want to order food from outside the hotel, you can eat it at the many chairs available in the lobby or just outside the hotel. The food you can order from the pool bar is quite nice as well

Our room was cozy, with daily cleaning and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning sunrises and sunsets. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The reception staff were very friendly and professional

The pool area is like a dream (see pictures) I genuinely feel so lucky to have spent a few days by the pool and will always treasure our experience here. The sauna area is a true luxury

There are plenty of places to eat, buy groceries, and souvenirs nearby. The only downside was the cold pool, but there's a warmer 38-degree pool in the sauna area (it's like a jacuzzi)

My husband and I stayed here in February 2026. We really liked the hotel's location in a quiet part of the city, yet still close to cafes, a lovely promenade, shops, and tour options

I brought a shower filter and realised that the water is not exactly clean (refer to picture) Overall, the room is spacious and bed is comfortable

Very nice hotel, Rooms are very clean, service is too kindly, near by the beach, breakfast buffet was delicious, pool was very clean, the gym was bit hot and small.

The location of the hotel is convenient, the room had a sea view, the room was cleaned regularly. A small minus is the monotonous breakfasts, but otherwise the hotel is excellent.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but it's not worth the money.

The renovation, cleanliness, and service - all perfect! The people at the reception are incredibly welcoming; they cheerfully exclaim "HOROSHO" (good) so genuinely. We definitely want to return to this hotel

All staff is very polite and professional, super clean beds, towels and bathrobes (I didn't want to get out of bed haha). The room service is fast and good. Breakfast is good, especially yogurts

The bathrobes were stained, and I saw a cockroach in the room. It felt like my neighbors were living inside my room – there were so many noisy families with kids. The city view is only good because of the mountain

Wonderful hotel. Check-in is strictly on time. The room was cleaned every day. It's not far from the sea and convenient. New bottles of water were added daily. There were also items available for an additional charge.

Its very quiet in a hotel which is important for Vietnam. They have a pool with a bar on the 17th floor. The bell boy opens the front door and helps with luggage

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms could’ve been a touch cleaner, but overall a great place for the price.

However, on the second day, while I was leaving my room, a staff member tried to tap a card to enter my room in front of me and saying that I was supposed to check out. I showed my booking confirmation and she apologized

Immediately upon arrival, the porter came to carry my luggage for check in which was expeditious and after, brought my luggage to my room

This hotel isn't good value for money at all. It's really not worth the price. It's pretty much on par with hotels in the area that cost around 300-400, but I paid almost 1000 and still got an inner-facing room

This is the 2nd time I returned to stay in this hotel. Their friendliness and helpfulness is beyond description

Occasionally, we could hear singing and dancing from the beach at night, which I personally found quite pleasant. There's a coffee shop across from the hotel with good quality beans, a well-known brand

What an amazing hotel! We enjoyed every minute staying there! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great! Lots of food and variety! The food at the restaurant for dinner was great and really good value, great presentation! The beach side had their sunbeds and umbrellas

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable, and has a stunning view from the window. Everything is very clean and beautiful

That said, the beach area gets quite crowded, especially in the afternoon. If you want a good spot or a sunbed, be prepared to go early or wait. It would’ve been nicer if the hotel had more seating reserved for guests

The breakfast on days that they have a lot of guests is very good, but when they're not full, the options felt like a homeless kitchen. I've had better wifi in hostels. Upon check-in, they want to keep your passport

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. I wasn't thrilled with the location, it's beachfront but you'll have to walk a bit to get to the center. The breakfasts were decent, we always had enough to eat

Everything was OK, except maybe little bit boring breakfast: fruits are not good, meat is finished to 9:00, coffee and tea are cheap and really bad.

The bedding was clean and spotless, and each person got two pillows, which was great! The staff quickly resolved any issues that came up (the AC wasn't working well upon check-in, then the safe batteries died), everything was fixed promptly

The passports and invoices are not secured. they are just behind the reception desk. Either of these issues by itself is not a problem, but combined, I felt was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel

This hotel has so much untapped potential. Their 5 star rating seems to be self proclaimed. In the photos, you see several lounge chairs at the pool

But the best part was the location — absolutely perfect! I didn’t miss anything: the New Year fireworks and the morning lion dance were happening right in front of the hotel

This resort is absolutely perfect, from the service to the ambiance, facilities, and food – everything is impeccable! The beach has soft sand and is great for snorkeling; you can see small fish, coral, and even sea urchins! The seawater pool is incredibly refreshing to swim in

The hotel environment is simply stunning, like a beautiful garden. The food is delicious and reasonably priced; we ate every meal at the hotel and didn't feel the need to go out at all

As expected, I've had an absolutely wonderful time and am leaving with the fondest memories. In particular, the private beach is serene and teeming with fish, making it ideal for children to snorkel

There were many different kinds of food, all delicious, and many swimming pools, which I enjoyed. I especially had a great time at Private Beach, and I really want to recommend it to others

Compared to ArtNest, the breakfast isn't as good, but everything else is pretty similar! However, on the second day, I was moved to a sea-view suite on the 10th floor, and the ocean view from there was quite nice!

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Nha Trang Beach, about a 3-4 minute walk away. I was originally booked at the Artnest Hotel next door but they didn't have a room, so I was moved here

The room overlooked the sea and was very clean. The soundproofing was decent, so we slept soundly. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with the breakfasts, so we only ate them a couple of times.

The higher floors offer stunning views of the bay of northern Nha Trang. Breakfasts are good, and there's a small rooftop pool perfect for relaxing in the morning. The best beach in Nha Trang is nearby

Lots of places to dine nearby. Good beach with sandy flat bottom (the water by the shore wasn't crystal clear though). The overall experience seems to be great. This is definitely a good value

The rooms have a good layout and are comfortable. There are some minor complaints about the wear and tear of some of the finishing materials, but nothing major
