Final Verdict: Despite the minor plumbing issue, the excellent service, generous room upgrade, and prime location made this a stay to remember. I would definitely recommend V Hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang!

Very good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The hotel rooftop offers a great view of the ocean. The only thing I'd add is more variety in the breakfast menu, as I was served the same food every day

The bathtub is a jacuzzi! TV is a little to localized, international Nwtflix did not work for me but dont care, i wind down perfectly! The food is amazing! The 24hours room service. Wide breakfast spread! Good coffee

I had a good short stay here. The female receptionist working dayshift was very helpful.

Plus be aware that at all days, right in the early morning, you will be forced to hear the drilling noises , due to the working in progress. So annoying and frustrating since they didn’t mention this on the listing

Nice room if they give you the upper floors. Avoid the 4th floor, cause the corridor smells bad and the rooms aren’t nice. The 9th floor is so much better and clean

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today

The hotel really needs to review the integrity of their housekeeping staff to avoid negatively impacting the hotel's reputation

Clean hotel with wonderful views. It's placed in the center of Nha Trang. Everything that you need is close to it. Room service very helpful and happy. Totally recommend this place:)

Especially night manager, Mr Jack, was very entertaining and friendly (a lot of giggles) and helpful assuring access to the gym after hours, and Ms Maria who approached me during breakfast, and offered further assistance with my travel plans

I booked a Cozy City View Room. Everything was such a positive experience. I am so used to hotels/ resorts with hard beds and pillows. The decor of the room was so aesthetic and the room was very specious

The staff are great and speak good English. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quite new. The restaurant and rooftop pool was closed due to CV19. It's a five-minute walk to the beach

This hotel is good for a maximum of 2-3 nights. The balconies are connected with the neighbors. Almost all guests are Russian, and communication at the reception is only in English

The rooms DO look like the pictures. I had a much better night of sleep here than about 500m up the road adjacent to a church which rang bells at 4am every day. I chose a room facing the beach and I was very pleased

Unfortunately the 1-star service rating boils down to the head of housekeeping bashing down on us IN FRONT OF other guests (a mix of Russian and British both visibly shocked) checking in and waiting for the elevators - all because of a red stained hand-towel which was from my fiancé's red hair dye - as she would clearly have seen if she saw the bright red hair standing in front of her

For some reason it wasn't available on Agoda at that time so I had to buy direct. Some rooms have large TVs with YT and Netflix. Some rooms have just basic ones showing local channels. AC is great, bonus of fan too

You can watch people doing water activities, sunbathing. For surfers it’s also a good possibility to check the Hon Chong spot right from the room’s window😃. The front desk workers are helpful and friendly

There was mold in the toilet, the Vietnamese never bother with this because they don't care about themselves or others.

Christina's what's special is to make guests feel comfortable as your own home, the staff as their loved ones, for the first time to travel to the occasion but also DC 20-10 you donate cards and chocolate, Halloween what other decorations are not the West :), if you come here on the occasion of mid-autumn moon cakes also donated handmade DC of your employees (outside the wheel better than another)

Cheapest 4 stars hotel with rooftop pool in the area, I upgraded to get a room with sea view and balcony, only got the sea view,but for just one night won't complain. Large bed was two single beds together

There's sometimes an unpleasant smell coming from the sewer in the shower. The hotel staff is very helpful and will give you advice, even if it's not related to their work

The hotel is located right in front of the beach and within walking distance of department stores and Dam Market. Breakfast was a standard buffet. There was a bathtub, and the hot water and shower pressure were excellent
