Smoke or renovation smells from neighboring rooms easily permeated ours. I personally suffered from strong chemical odors, like varnish or paint. Overall: For the price, it's a very good option

The Prime Hotel is a more budget minded type of hotel with a very good location in the center of Nha Trang. It's an older hotel offering a budget travel alternative. Starting to show its age and needs some updating

The breakfast was good and filling and the eggs are cooked to order. The pho was very good and a complete salad bar offering was good

There was no soap, although other toiletries were provided: a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo. It was fine for a couple of nights, but for the same price, you can find better options

This is my second stay at this hotel

Breakfasts were almost always the same during my nine-day stay. There were issues with beach towels. They weren't available for two days. A working hairdryer, kettle, safe, TV, and air conditioning were available

I chose it for its convenient location (there's a bus stop nearby, near the Kalina Hotel, where you can take public transportation or arrange a taxi for longer distances, like Dok Let)

Excellent room, you can see the sea from the window, I had a mountain view and a side sea view.

Staff were super friendly and efficient especially the consierge who went out of his way every time

This was the biggest disappointment The balcony is small (it looks much larger in the photo of the hotel) - sitting in the evening with my wife turned out to be her on a chair, me next to her on the floor

During the night, all the dirt settled at the bottom (yellow spots in the photo), at 6 in the morning several pensioners swam and lifted all the dirt to the top

The bathtub is a jacuzzi! TV is a little to localized, international Nwtflix did not work for me but dont care, i wind down perfectly! The food is amazing! The 24hours room service. Wide breakfast spread! Good coffee

Central location with amazing seaview. Staff was nice including receptionists Tiên & Thơm, and kitchen staff. Breakfast was good. Beds are huge. I'd definitely go back.

Everything was good except for one very bad thing: the housekeeping staff took a guest's shirt

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today

The hotel really needs to review the integrity of their housekeeping staff to avoid negatively impacting the hotel's reputation

Old hotel that is in good location. You can hear traffic noise if you have ocean view rooms.

Overall, it's good, but be prepared for constant noise. Locals sing karaoke right under your windows in the evenings, and then at 4:30 AM, they start what sounds like an exercise routine with energetic music

The great City hotel with clean rooms a restaurant on the top floor with a marvelous view of the city. There's a swimming pool and a gym on the 4th floor. The location is perfect everything is within walking distance.

The truth of umbrellas and sun beds enough for the whole hotel 15 umbrellas with two sunbeds under them. Towels are directly on the beach, can be arranged on the sand, how important it should be lubricated

Restaurant for Breakfast is reminiscent of a canteen. Accommodation superior did not like. Had to pay extra to upgraded to a better room. The hotel location is excellent in the center

The room on the 8th floor had a partial view of the sea. The windows have good sound insulation, we slept peacefully, even taking into account the busy center nearby

While it is hot and stuffy downstairs, it is always fresh and nice on the roof by the pool, a great view. On the same floor there is a mini-fitness with a sea view. The bar by the pool was not working

Also nearby are massage parlors, excursion companies, other hotels, laundries, markets, bike rentals, clothing and shoe stores. We checked in in the evening, there were no problems with check-in

Near the hotel there are several local inexpensive cafes where you can eat both Vietnamese and standard European cuisine (omelettes, coffee, smoothies, pasta, French fries)

We did not take food at the hotel, so I can not say anything about it. The staff is very friendly, all employees understand English, always helped with any issue

The sea is a three-minute walk away. The only drawback is the bathroom: the shower has no curtain or side rail, so water spills all over the bathroom, which is inconvenient. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers

Nice and quiet place, very clean. Daily cleaning and fresh water. The beach is only 5–10 minutes away on foot. My room had a beautiful sea view. There’s also a pool on the top floor, clean and relaxing.
